How close to the water can you get? Its actually illegal to build this close anymore.
From our balcony, you can easily toss a sand dollar into the Gulf! Sunset Beach is a true wildlife sanctuary — watch sea turtles nest under the full moon, pelicans dive for their afternoon snack, and dolphins and manatees cruise by daily. Along the water’s edge, little sandpipers feed as you soak in the beauty of this peaceful, residential beach on the southern tip of Treasure Island.

Hear the waves all day and night (Guaranteed)!!!

Our condo offers endless summer vibes with two comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with two twins( trundle) — ensuring a perfect night’s sleep for everyone. There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower and hair dryer, making mornings effortless. The living room features a cozy sofa bed(queen pullout) and stunning Gulf views — the perfect place to relax and feel the ocean breeze. Please note that balconies are facing the beach and are shared as the are the common walk way. We have room for two chairs and a table in front of condo on balcony.

Brian, the host was absolutely amazing. He thought of every little detail. The place was immaculate, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful condo in a beautiful location! Fully stocked with everything we needed! The hosts even stocked the fridge with our favorite beverages! Thank you! The only thing that could have made it perfection is a dishwasher! I would highly recommend staying here again!

The condo was exactly as it was described on the website and was absolutely perfect for our long weekend get away. Brian, our host, was super with communications, providing danishes, coffee, and wine for us since we arrived late. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets.

One of the best stays that we have had. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Being beach front, you can hear the waves as you cook dinner or sleep at night. The unit has everything you need for your stay on the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even some games for the kids. The host Brian was amazing. We told him we were celebrating a birthday while we were there and he had a nice arrangement of deserts ready for us when we arrived. He was very communicative and a great host. We will most definitely plan another stay at Brian's place!!

My family had a wonderful stay the week of Thanksgiving! The condo was very clean and welcoming, and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Brian was a wonderful host as he was made checking in and out very simple and was easy to reach with any questions! I highly recommend this condo, especially if you have children! The beach is steps away, and the sunset views are incredible!

We had a wonderful stay! Our host bent over backwards to ensure that we had fun. Pastries from a local bakery were on the counter when we arrived, along with another basket of assorted snacks. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. and a wagon to haul everything to fun in the sun! The host couldn’t do anything about the cool days, but did suggest tons of other things to do, sights to see in the area! He was just a super friendly, accommodating host! This place was a lucky find for us—loved the view of the gulf, the sound of the waves, and the gorgeous sunsets!

We had an amazing stay here!! I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and Brian was by far the most communicative host. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable, relaxing, and completely stress free.The property itself was perfect!! Spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. He also provides all your beach necessities too! The balcony views were incredible, especially at sunset. Being just steps from the beach was a huge bonus, and we even spotted dolphins right along the shoreline one morning, which was unforgettable.One of our favorite parts was walking along the shoreline collecting seashells and sand dollars, it made the experience feel even more special and peaceful.It’s also conveniently located just a short drive from town, with plenty of great restaurants and ice cream spots to enjoy. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property was a lovely spot right on the beach, but still within a short drive of plenty of entertainment and restaurants. The check in process was a breeze, the hosts checked in and were available and provided great amenities with attention to detail. From a beach chair, to snacks, local desserts and even hair ties and full bathroom toiletries... I felt like their personal guest. The most amazing hosts I have ever experienced with VRBO! The beach did not have public access and the sunsets were breathtaking. Loved it here!

This property was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The unit itself was spotless and stocked with everything you could imagine, from boogie boards and coolers to games. The view is absolutely beautiful and all of the neighbors were so kind. One even let us borrow aloe after we got a bad sunburn.We were welcomed to the property with snacks and water waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The best part of this rental, though, was the hosts. I needed a travel accommodation that honestly wasn’t a small ask, and he went out of his way to make it work for me. He also checked in multiple times throughout our stay and gave us recommendations for local bars and restaurants. That ended up being another highlight of the trip because the places he suggested were awesome.If I am ever back in the area I will definitely be staying here again.

The condo is right on the beach. Super clean with numerous extras such as water and snacks. The hosts are so sweet and ard available 24/7 if you need anything. We will be back and recommend this condo one million percent!

Lisette and I live across the bay in Tampa with are two teenage children. I spent every summer at the Sunset Chateau as a youth. We learned how to surf, fish, skimboard , and just really live the Island lifestyle. I had the chance to move to Hawaii and work in the Hotel business( #1 hotel in the world) for almost 14 years. Finally came back to the Gulf coast with many fond memories of Hawaii. Ever since the Hurricanes and our busy schedules we decided to open our little sanctuary as a full time rental for now until we retire .

Sunset beach is the best beach in my opinion because it is mostly residential and really laid back. We always had the best surf when hurricanes blew by and the fishing cant be beat . I always had friends on other near by beaches and Sunset was always the most laid back and they all would come down the Sunset.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our condo is Right On the Water! You can literally toss a shell off the balcony into the Gulf! You can hear the waves and watch the dolphins swim by everday. We just updated the apartment this summer and decided to open it up for rental. Sunset beach is well know the sunsets and seashells but the fishing is excellent right off the beach.
