Revenir après une journée dans un parc à thème sera une retraite bienvenue pour vous détendre dans la piscine et le spa! Détendez-vous dans ce cadre qui offre des équipements améliorés et des normes supérieures de propreté. Notre salle de jeux sur le thème des Avengers épatera les enfants et les adultes. Avec 2 maîtres et 2 autres chambres avec 2 lits jumeaux chacune, cette maison est parfaite pour les familles élargies en vacances spéciales! La conception de la maison offre beaucoup d'intimité à chaque invité et le plan d'étage ouvert dans la zone principale offre beaucoup d'espace à partager dans des activités familiales. Notre grand espace extérieur couvert est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du soleil chaud de la Floride, et la piscine est toujours un grand succès!

Great Disney Stay

We had a great week at this house. About 30 min from all parks, so relaxing to come back and use the spa after walking all day. So much room and perfect for our family. Will definitely book again when we come back!

Perfect Location For Our Vacation

The neighborhood and house was excellent. The home is as described as shown in the pictures. Centrally located between the area cities and the amusement parks and natural attractions. We would definitely stay here again when travelling to the area.

The place was simply perfect for our needs. It accommodated a family of 8. House was clean and they had the little extra things that weren’t their responsibility such as washing detergents and dryer sheets. The parks were within a reasonable ride. But the children were more excited about leaving the parks to get back to the house to swim. And this trip was all about what they wanted to do! End result they were happy with the accommodations so we were happy!!
The kids were able to swim until their bedtime!!

I'm glad to hear our guests enjoyed their stay. I did communicate with them separately since we asked them to let us know if they had any concerns during their stay but they said everything was going well and did not mention the settings. We are always happy to work with guests to allow flexibility, so I assured this guest we could have made an adjustment in the temperatures to ensure their full comfort. We encourage all guests to let us know if they have any questions that we can help with during their stay.

Great house

This was a very nice house. Roomy, comfortable, well stocked. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. About 30 mins to Disney, Publix was close ( 1 mile) to get groceries. Owner and management company were great! Would definitely stay here again.

Orange Tree...The Adventure!

Beautiful home spacious very quiet the location is great its 40 mins to the beach.Shopping and restaurants 2miles down the road. We loved the pool and ping pong tables.The pool was warm and the spa was wonderful.This home is fill with everything you need just add Family,Food and Fun! We will definitely be back soon!

Amazing house near all the parks!

This was a very nice place to call home-away-from-home while visiting the Disney parks for a week. Nice screened-in pool and spa and plenty of room for a party of 6+. The owner was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and very welcoming. Didn't get a hold of the management team, but the owner was very responsive. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

Enjoyed our stay

Working with Mel and her management company was a pleasure. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem with pool heat but it was taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend this villa. Our family really enjoyed our stay… after a couple of days at Disney it was a pleasure to come back to house and relax. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table in garage (so did the adults.). Thank you, Mel, for making our visit to Florida very enjoyable!

It was perfect for what we needed.

We had a small issue with the pool but was taken care of in a timely manner. The pool was nice otherwise. It's a nice size rental unit and six slept there pretty easily. It was in a nice neighborhood. It was 30 minutes.from Disney. They had a grocery store and a Wal Mart really close and a nice assortment of eating establishments close. We had a great time and would go back for sure to this location.

It was very comfortable and close to parks and shopping we enjoyed it very much

The property was very comfortable area was very quiet the only thing the garbage bins were full when we arrived but we put garabage out on Monday and got mixed up in recycling day we put garabage out absinthe on Thursday but we had to be out of house by 10 am Sunday so we didn’t get to put buckets out they weren’t supposed to go out until later
