Cozy bedroom and Living Room for rent for a quiet guest on the lower level of the house. Recently renovated and newly constructed. Located on one of the most beautiful streets in La Canada in cul-de-sac . Private entrance with easy access with a code. Guests can enjoy our private patio with outdoor furniture, garden and gorgeous mountain views. Private newly built shower and bath. Enjoy climate control with private thermostat. Closet has small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Coffee and water are complementary. Close to many trails, DTLA, Glendale, Pasadena and other great areas. Many shops and restaurants are within a few minutes drive.

La Cañada Flintridge Gem

It's in a lovely area of La Cañada Flintridge! The hosts are just delightful and VERY particular about cleanliness and presentation. Parking and access to the rooms is very easy. It really was like a home away from home! They get an A from an old, retired schoolteacher!

difficult to have people upstairs with just a sheet in the stairwell to separate us. dangerous entrance right onto stairway landing. step down from bathroom area with no handrail - dangerous at night. No place to eat - table in bedroom had a tv on it and table in LR had PC's on it. Comfortable bed, nice deck. Very steep entry.

Excellent location

Hard to find a short term rental in FLC and this one is clean, new and reasonably well appointed. Be aware, you're staying with a family in their home with minimal seperation and no soundproofing.

A wonderful retreat!

A warm and gracious welcome by Dmitry, the homeowner, set the stage for a lovely stay. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a street nestled in the foothills. Abundant wildlife, flora and majestic trees adorn the property. We slept most comfortably, and it was such a treat to be provided delicious Illy coffee (via Keurig machine) and bottled water. The living room area allowed a cozy couch (and interesting library) for reading. We hope to return soon, and enjoy the fine accommodations of Dmitry’s home. It fit our needs perfectly!

Feeling at home

This was a wonderful surprise. Quiet and peaceful in a great location. We were in town for the Rose Bowl and the house was only a few minutes away. So comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The property owner was very friendly and helpful when I had questions about our dog. Great experience and I’m hoping I can stay again.

Superb Safe Neighborhood

Charming hosts with a separate access private locked large bedroom with beautiful en suite bath. Coffeemaker with coffee and fixings provided with minifridge. Convenient to highway and shopping.

The amenities were not good. The access to the drawers was in a closet that was unlit and very difficult to open. The furniture was very shabby. The half bath had no trashcan. No tissues were available. Generally the apartment was not well maintained. The television was not cable ready in the bedroom, The large TV in the living room did not work. It was nice to have a washer and dryer except the dryer controls were only accessible to someone 6 feet tall or more. The steps to the rest of the home was separated only by a curtain that did not provide complete privacy. We stayed at this location before. It was not great then, but it was pretty bad this time. We wanted a location in LaCanada and our hope was that it would be comfortable. It was not.
