The condo was extremely comfortable, well-furnished and kitchen fully stocked. Great views from screened in porch area of beach and sunsets. Pool area was excellent. Bell person service for arrival and departure were so appreciated, friendly and efficient. Guest services team always friendly and helpful for all steps of the rental process and calls for additional questions. Rental of golf cart a must and cart in good condition. Highly recommend this unit and Palm Island Resort.

Amazing Getaway

My family and I will definitely be back! This was our first trip to the Gulf and we had a great time. The condo had a great view, was super close to the beach, and was very nice and clean. The beach was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Certainly one our favorite vacations.

Perfect Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Palm Island this summer and as always we had a great time! This unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked (much better than some other units we've stayed in) and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool or driving around in the golf cart this time, but we enjoyed the pretty views of the beach from everywhere we went. We will definitely be back to Palm Island and will remember this unit specifically for our next stay!

The Perfect Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Palm Island and have been coming here for 40 years. The property is still recovering from the hurricane, which is why I gave it less than a perfect score. Also, re. Management- we were here over 2 weeks and were unable to book housecleaning- probably a shortage of labor during a busy time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the upgrades in our condo, but the master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable that we will not be requesting this unit again. The week would have been perfect if we could have gotten some sleep.

Palm Island Family Beach Vac. 2014

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is the 12th or 13th time we have been there. Love the place. Added a new twist this year. We brought our boat. We were disappointed in the condition of the docks, lack of proper moring cleats, hoses not working (for boats)& the fact that the dock was so far from our unit. The marina on the otherhand was exceptional when handeling our boat.

13 day Beach Vacation our 15th vacation at Palm Island Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This washer 15th vacation at Palm Island Resort. Our 2 bedroom Villa # 1211 was a disappointment mainly because the seawall prevented coming down the stairs to the beach. Plus it had no WIFI connection. We spend all our time on the beach rarely use the pools. WE stopped at office and they immediately asked what would help. Susanne showed us three other Beach Villas and we chose# 2011. This was great. Palm Island Resort is our favorite Beach vacation. So much so we plan to bring our family of 14 to the Resort in 2018 end of January. to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly what we needed, a quiet week with the family, a really peaceful place and the apartment exceeded what we expected, very well equipped, with everything you need, cozy and clean. This is not a complaint... but maybe in a near future mattress in the master bedroom could be replaced, this is only a very personal criterion, but overall, we had a very good experience.
