This was perfect for our stay! We had 5 adults aged 21 to 73. The location was perfect to get to the beach and everything was comfortable for those wishing to lounge on the lanai. We really appreciated the use of beach equipment! Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect stay for a family of six!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a wonderful 18-night stay in Kauai, and I cannot recommend this condo enough for families. We traveled as a group of six, and the layout was perfect. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus for a group our size! The upstairs area offers great privacy with its own room, bathroom, and loft.The standout feature for us was the kitchen. We cooked all our meals at home, and this was the first vacation rental we’ve found that actually had everything we needed. From quality pots, pans, and appliances to a coffee grinder and tools for baking and making smoothies, it was incredibly well-equipped.Some furniture was a bit unstable, but that did not make our stay less enjoyable. We submitted a checklist to the manager with some items that could be improved; hopefully, they'll make improvements going forward. The location is fantastic. It is a quiet building, set far away from loud bars, but you have access to two pools right next to the unit. It is an easy 5-minute walk to Brennecke's Beach (great waves for boogie boarding!) and right next to Brennecke's Beach is Poipu Beach for snorkeling. We saw plenty of turtles and a couople of monk seals there, so definitely bring your snorkeling gear.The grounds are clean and well-maintained with beautiful walking paths. It’s also very convenient for supplies - about a 25-minute drive to Costco, Walmart, and a 24-hour Safeway (though plan for 45 mins if it's rush hour). It was also an easy, beautiful drive to Waimea Canyon from here.The condo was clean and stocked with essentials to get us started. We would love to stay here again and strongly recommend this condo for family stays!

A lovely condo with all the amenities. Great location for walking to beaches and restaurants. Or taking a quick drive to shopping and sightseeing. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great communication from the property management team. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was spacious, clean, and updated. Slept 6 comfortably. The property had 2 pools with hot tubs that we used almost every night after a long day exploring gorgeous Kauai. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo to wash our clothes and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Budget friendly option in Paradise

It’s not the newest or fanciest unit, but it’s very clean and functional. Two bedrooms with a king bed, and the third has two twins. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could want, including a coffee grinder. Washer/dryer cuts down on packing and worked really well. Reserved parking space right out front, and an electronic keypad rather than keys is so much easier.

Perfect layout and amenities

Large familyvacation renting three units in this property. For this unit had two boys in room the twin beds, mom and daughter in king masterand then the upstairs for grandmom with private bath, bed and loft. Love having the beach chairs, boogie boards etc. condo is beautifully furnished.

Wonderful Location

We loved the location of this condo! We walked everywhere from restaurants to shopping and great beaches. The condo had plenty of room and was furnished nicely. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time

We had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect. There was an issue with a broken sprinkler that caused water to hit the living room sliding glass door. I flagged down a maintenance person and they fixed it right away, but not sure how long that was happening as the sprinklers come on at midnight so you wouldn't know unless you're in the living room at that time. Overall, the condo was well stocked with the necessities needed. We would stay here again.

Spacious condo in a great location

We loved our stay. The condo was spacious and accommodated our group of 6 adults and one toddler. The place was very clean and well-stocked. We loved how close to the beach it was and enjoyed using the pool area after a day at the beach.

the basic property was great. the dishwasher didn't work the entire stay. we didn't cook at the condo so did not really have to deal with it. the master bed was extremely tired and needs replaced. Other than that the location was great loved my parking space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent townhome to stay for a group. This place was an awesome home base for a group of friends in Kauai for a wedding. I believe everyone who stayed here enjoyed having their own bathroom. I stayed in the master with my wife and felt the bed was really comfortable. The ac is cold and if you need more cooling there is a ceiling fan above each bed.
