2BR/2BA Lakeside 41A Villa in gated Litchfield by the Sea. Features full kitchen, dining area, living room and washer/dryer, balcony.
Villa is located less than 1/2 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.

Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Great stay. We loved the resort, access to the beach, and the rental. Had everything we needed. A/C stopped working the first day we arrived, but one phone call and they were right on it. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Christmas Getaway

Great location for relaxing and birding on the lake. Rode bike trails and walked the beachfront. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Relaxing vacation

Sitting on the back porch drinking coffee every morning looking over the lake was just breath taking. Really enjoyed seeing all of the birds flying around as well as the fish jumping out of the water. We really enjoyed all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was provided for our comfort.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at Lakeside. The reservations were a little weird. Had to call and pay outside of VRBO. That made us a little uncomfortable. You lose the protections of doing business through VRBO that way. I hope they get that sorted out. We booked another property the same way with the same company but had to cancel it. The only way to get a refund is by check 30 days later. That is certainly not the way VRBO would have done it. Unhappy with that process.
