Access to the property strictly requires a reliable 4WD / 4x4 vehicle. There is no parking available nearby for standard cars, and access without a proper vehicle is not possible under any circumstances.

This contemporary home (2021-2022) offers a unique blend of modern design and tropical wilderness. Perched on a hillside in Costa Rica`s South Caribbean region, the house features:

Cocles, located in Margarita Road, a tranquil road with several tourist projects, the house is located near to Api Agricultura, a project to protect bees, the neighborhood is very quite and charming.

A 4WD car is strongly recommended, for the most adventurous a small motorcycle can make it too. Another way to move around is with taxis.

Walking: Most attractions and points of interest in this area are within a reasonable walking distance. It`s an excellent way to appreciate the natural beauty and soak in the relaxed atmosphere as you stroll through the streets and trails.

Bicycles: One of the most popular ways to get around the area is by bicycle. You can rent bicycles in advance with us, and they will be waiting for you at your accommodation upon arrival. Bicycles are ideal for covering longer distances and exploring different beaches and points of interest in the region.

Car, Motorcycle, or ATV: If you prefer more autonomy and comfort for getting around, you can rent a car, use `BLISS` code to get special discounts on Adobe Car rentals, or opt for a motorcycle or ATV. Contact us to make advance reservations.

Public Transportation: There are local bus services that connect Playa Chiquita with other nearby towns and popular tourist destinations. It`s an economical option for getting around, although keep in mind that schedules may be limited.

Taxi: If you prefer to avoid the hassle of driving, you can opt for taxis. Taxis are a convenient way to get to specific places quickly.

Important – Vehicle Requirement (Mandatory)

Access to the property strictly requires a 4WD / 4x4 vehicle.

There is no parking available near the house for non-4WD vehicles, and access with standard cars is not possible.

Guests who arrive without a 4WD / 4x4 vehicle will not be able to access the property, and the reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund, without exception.

By confirming the reservation, the guest explicitly acknowledges and accepts this condition.
1. **Online Check-in:**
- To ensure compliance with current safety regulations, online check-in is required via our proprietary channel.
- Tourists may be asked to provide an image of their ID and/or a selfie.

2. **Check-in and Check-out Hours:**
- **Check-in:** Every day from 14:00 to 18:00.
- **Check-out:** 10:00.

3. **Consideration for Neighbors:**
- This establishment is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, consideration for the neighbors is requested.

4. **Quiet Hours:**
- From 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. every day.

5. **Parties and Events:**
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior consent from the ADMINISTRATOR.

6. **Guest Limit:**
- No additional guests are allowed beyond those specified in the reservation.

7. **Damages and Alterations:**
- No damages or alterations to the property are allowed; if any occur, a report will be filed with the appropriate authorities and the entire security deposit will be retained.

8. **Pets:**
- Pets are allowed **ONLY** with prior authorization from the ADMINISTRATOR; additional rules apply if pets are brought.

9. **Use of the Pool and Gardens:**
- Urinating in the pool or gardens is not permitted.

10. **Guest Responsibility:**
- The guest must safeguard the property and all items within it.

11. **Property Security:**
- The house must be locked when leaving for the beach, dining, shopping, or any other activity.

12. **Energy Saving and Safety:**
- Lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill must be turned off when not in use.

13. **Substance Use:**
- The consumption of narcotics or any other substances that alter the normal functions of the body, mind, or behavior is **NOT** permitted.
- If this occurs, the ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to cancel the guest`s reservation and require immediate departure from the property.

14. **Keys:**
- When not in the house, the keys must always remain in the guest key box, with the code concealed.
- In case of key loss, a fee of $150 will be charged for lock replacement.

15. **Additional Services:**
- All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, any type of tours, cooking services, etc.) must be paid at the time of service request.

16. **Noise Restrictions:**
- The noise level must not exceed 60 decibels throughout the day, in accordance with noise regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica.
- For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or engaging in loud conversations that exceed this limit is not permitted.

Zinna, the property manager is phenomenal! The location is amazing but you definitely need a four wheel drive vehicle. Great area and lots to do in that area.

More beautiful then the pictures! Authentic Jungle Experience

Wish we could have stayed here longer! We had so much fun watching the monkeys. You will not want to leave this house, it is so magical! It is clean, spacious, and there are so many different spots to relax and enjoy. Laundry is on site, which is a bonus! 4x4 is needed to get to the house, this made it a little restricting .. tuk tuks will wait for you at the bottom of the hill.

Treetop House

We loved our stay in this perfectly situated home in the jungle canopy. When we opened the windows during the daytime, it was as though we were one with the trees and the many varied species of birds and butterflies. We truly felt one with nature and the wonderful sounds and smells of the jungle. We would definitely stay here again. The home is constructed of impeccably beautiful hardwoods with no nails, only wooden pegs. I was in awe of the remarkable craftsmanship exhibited in this not so ordinary and unique domicile. The kitchen was adequate for our needs and the pineapple, mammons, bananas and mangos were a wonderful and welcoming treat. Zinni was responsive to our needs and even met us at the main road to show us the way to the property.
