Great location and nicely updated. The host, Paul, was very responsive if we had any questions. My family and I had a great time staying at this townhouse in a perfect location near Madaket Beach and the shuttle stop.

We had a wonderful time in Nantucket! This property was everything we thought it would be and more! It was spotless, well-equipped, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The layout was beyond perfect for our high school through early 20’s kids. Everyone had just the perfect amount of space to enjoy time together or down time alone. Thanks for sharing your property with our family. We had a truly perfect 4th!

This was such a cute place to stay! Perfect for our girls weekend away; walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to the center of town! Paul was communicative, easy to get a hold of and was an excellent host!

Generally this is a nice townhouse in a good location. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and the neighborhood is quiet. Parking for one car was convenient. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 5. There are some issues which take away some stars. The dishware/mugs etc were almost all dirty (dark specks of particulate) despite clearly having been washed, the toilet paper is thin/cheap and the toaster does not work properly. The downstairs bathroom sink was slow to drain and although there is laundry - there was no detergent. No body wash in the master bath - we found some partially used bars of soap. We also had a jumbled picture when trying to watch cable TV - Netflix was fine. I contacted the owner about this and he responded promptly but was unable to fix it. The reception improved a bit when I fiddled with the cable connection but was still spotty. As owners ourselves of a vacation rental - these were disappointing.

Jeff, Thank you for your input and feedback. With respect to the dishware/mugs, we are in the process of replacing all of those this offseason. In addition we are replacing the toaster which just broke last week so I apologize we weren’t able to have the new one there in time for you. I appreciate the feedback on the sink: we will have that addressed immediately. I was unaware we were out of detergent and will make sure that is stocked up each week going forward. As for the toilet paper we will address that as well: we just need to make sure it is septic safe. As for the soap/body wash we will address that as well. For the cable TV I have a call in to Xfinity to have them look at it and hopefully will not have that issue going forward. Again, I appreciate your feedback: we try to make sure the house is in order and this is valuable for us. Thank you.

The house was nice, and located close to the bus route. However it would be much easier with a car. The host was quick and responsive. Nice big kitchen, cute deck space, and good sleeping arrangements.

This home had everything our group needed and was in a lovely Madaket location! We loved walking or taking the Wave to Madaket beach/Millies! Host was great and communicative!

Sparkling new renovation

This upside down house was recently renovated. Clean, simple decorating with high-end appliances and well-stocked kitchen made it a great vacation rental. Great deck with table and umbrella for outdoor dining. Wonderful outdoor shower, with beach chairs and towels available. Third floor Master bedroom is light and airy with a great rainfall shower. Queen bedroom with sliding doors to the backyard. Other bedroom is small but was perfect for two under 9-year olds. Owner, Paul, was immediately responsive to any questions I had. Perfect for our family of four adults and two littles.

We had a fantastic stay! We did not have a car and felt the Wave worked well to get around island. It was slightly challenging to haul the suitcases down the short segment of dirt road required to get to the house so we used Uber to get back to ferry. Rented bikes which was perfect for active adults. Loved that we could hear the ocean from the large deck where we had all our meals. Overall fantastic vacation. Can’t wait to go bACK
