Marchez jusqu'Ă  la rue Main! Notre bungalow A est historique Orange Street Ă  quelques pas de la ville. Notre propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de deux grandes maisons sur elle, le bungalow est Ă  l'avant de la propriĂ©tĂ© donnant sur Orange Street. Centrale d'air rend ce bungalow une retraite confortable dans les mois d'Ă©tĂ©. Entrez dans une trĂšs grande cuisine familiale entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour cuisiner et recevoir. La chambre principale est trĂšs privĂ©e, elle a rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© de larges planchers de bois franc et une belle nouvelle salle de bains en marbre de Carrera, des toilettes avec hauteur ADA et une immense douche en verre. La chambre principale a un lit king size, tous les nouveaux meubles et des draps Ă  400 fils. La chambre principale dispose Ă©galement d'un coin salon privĂ© idĂ©al pour la lecture! La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size avec tous les nouveaux meubles de chalet Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'un bain de tuile avec WC hauteur ADA et baignoire jacuzzi. La troisiĂšme chambre a un jumeau avec des accents nautiques et des meubles. Toutes les chambres et le salon disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition Ă  Ă©cran plat 32'fl. Le salon est hors de la cuisine et a beaucoup de siĂšges, Internet sans fil et un grand choix de livres!Le sunporch avec une pellicule autour des fenĂȘtres dispose d'un lit double pour plus de dĂ©bit, un canapĂ© et un espace de travail avec un bureau. Internet haut dĂ©bit et une imprimante sans fil avec des capacitĂ©s icloud sont inclus! La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les Ă©lĂ©ments essentiels. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse sont dans la maison avec des chaises de plage et serviettes de plage. Juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la porte de la cuisine est une plate-forme entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec un barbecue. Nous avons ajoutĂ© une Ă©norme douche extĂ©rieure en 2017! allĂ©e privĂ©e spacieuse avec beaucoup de place pour un espace de stationnement hors rue. Le bungalow est d'environ 1500 pieds carrĂ©s sur un seul niveau.
Le bungalow de ce 1920 est situé sur l'historique Orange Street à quelques pas de la rue Main. Ne pas fumer sur la propriété. PAS D'ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE.

The property was beautiful, the location was fantastic, and the check-in instructions were clear and helpful. That said, I feel it’s important to share that our experience was affected by the host’s response to a guests in our party who traveled with a fully trained and documented service dog. We voluntarily disclosed this information upon arrival as a courtesy, even though not required by law, and were met with a message from the host saying she was “disturbed” to learn there was a service animal in the home due to her no-pet policy. Despite this being legally protected under the ADA and allowed under VRBO policy, she challenged its legitimacy and stated she would “have to do what was right for her,” including referencing charging a pet fee. While we left the house in excellent condition and documented via videoand have not been charged (yet), the entire interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome during what should have been a peaceful stay in an otherwise lovely home.

Spacious space

We had plenty of room for everyone including off street parking. This house offered everything that was listed on the description. We loved walking to the Wicked Island bakery for coffee, fresh baked goods & breakfast sandwiches every morning because it was so close.

Perfect location

We had a great stay at Cynthia’s house this summer. The location is excellent as it’s a short drive to most beaches and it’s a less than a mile walk into town, which was doable for my elementary aged kids. The house was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was perfect for our family.

Can walk to everything!

We loved staying here. I came with my 12 year old daughter and mother in law. The house is on the edge of town but was perfect walking distance to coffee shops, my favorite morning barre workout class and restaurants. We did not rent a car and we biked, walked, or took a taxi everywhere. The house was very clean with SUPER comfortable beds. The walk to town is about a half mile so for younger kids that could be too far but we enjoyed it every time and stopped and looked at all the flowers and enjoyed the pretty houses. Thank you!

Perfect for wedding weekend!

We loved our stay in Nantucket for a wedding. The property is lovely and exactly as described. The beds are comfortable. We couldn’t initially get into the house, but the owner was quick in communication to help figure it out. The house didn’t have paper towels or shampoo and conditioner but otherwise was everything we needed!

Great Spot

The house is in a great location. It has everything you need for your stay on Nantucket. Easy walk to town. There is a Cumberland Farms 2 doors away so it was easy to get some quick supplies that we needed without having to go to the supermarket first thing. The beds are comfortable. Overall, a great spot. The locks can be tricky but the owner was quick with helping us rectify the situation.

5 Stars All Around - Great Home & Location

We stay in lots of short term rentals as we travel quite a but and this property was one of the tops. Cynthia was a great communicator. The home is beautiful and the location is great. The kitchen is nice and large. Beautiful bluestone floors. It has everything you need to cook at home. We usually do breakfast at home and eat out the rest of the time. The Stop and Shop is awesome and only a few minutes away by foot or bike. There is a Cumberland Farms convenience store not even a 1/2 block away. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed. We loved having a washer and dryer which is located in the basement. The location is fantastic as it's a short walk to downtown but also close to all the bike paths to the beaches etc. There was nothing we needed. Exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again.

Memorial Day in Nantucket

Nice property with good location. Walking anywhere is easy but a tiny bit of a stretch downtown if you have luggage as at the beginning or end of the trip. We were a group of four and it was just perfect but I would suspect a group of 7 (the maximum designated) would have a difficult time because the setup might require five to use one bathroom. Overall very pleased with this rental.

Can’t wait to go back!

House was perfect. Great location, spotless, comfortable, spacious and so cute. Easy, quick walk into downtown/boat basin area, as well as many restaurants and shops outside of town. Host was communicative and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to book again next year!

Beautiful Dreamer was a dream!

We had a great weekend stay at Beautiful Dreamer for a girls weekend. You cannot beat the location, walkable to downtown and the ferry but also two blocks from a convenience store, gas station, grocery store, and wine and sandwich shops (not to mention the Chicken Box), but still with nice views of a park and the marsh. The house is cute and well appointed, with comfy beds, a nice master bath, nice outdoor seating, and big eat in kitchen. The doors/locks are a little tricky, but everything else was great. Would stay again and recommend.

Rest and relaxation

The property is just as described - very clean and well-located near the center of town, and close to Stop and Shop and next to Cumberland Farms (early AM coffee and late night ice cream). The kitchen is perfect for cooking - well-appointed with everything you need. The beds are quite comfortable, and we had such a relaxing time walking around Nantucket, seeing the island, and enjoying our family getaway. Thanks so much, Cynthia! Definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends!

Perfect in every way!

Our trip started with excellent communication with the homeowner who accommodated us in every way she could. The home itself was absolutely lovely and pictures did not do it justice. It was beautifully laid out and could accommodate three couples easily with room for all to spread out. It was centrally located near the town center without being in a noisy area. We couldn’t I’ve been happier with the home and I genuinely think it is the best Vrbo I have ever stayed at!

such a great stay

This house was perfect for Christmas stroll. Just 10 or so minutes away from Main Street and pretty much everything is within walking distance or a very quick cab ride away. I stayed at Cynthia's house with 4 friends and the house was a perfect size (the kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook). Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Rental

The bungalow was a great choice for our family of five. It’s a walk to the town center, but a close walk to breakfast. We rented a keep to explore the island, but had we had more time, we could have used type shuttle bus
Wave. The bungalow easily sleeps 7 w/o use of sofas. Everything you’d need is included.
