Détendez-vous au coin du feu de bois dans le salon ou vous asseoir sur le pont et lire votre livre préféré. Cependant, vous décidez de passer votre séjour dans la région de Lincoln cette maison à plusieurs niveaux offrirait un emplacement idéal.

Entrée pour un hall d'accueil. Au-dessus du hall d'accueil est la principale cuisine, salle à manger et salon avec foyer au bois et accès terrasse. A quelques pas avec vous prennent à l'aire de repos de loft en pleine taille canapé-lit. Le sommet plus haut niveau offre la suite chambre des maîtres avec lit queen et salle de bain privée complète. Ci-dessous, le hall d'entrée, sur le bas du plus-de-chaussée de la maison, deux chambres avec chacune un lit double et un ensemble de pyramide (twin / full) lits superposés; un bain complète et une blanchisserie.

Cette maison est située à proximité du chemin d'accès au village de Loon montagne et offre une adhésion dans le Village de natation, de tennis et de fitness club avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, trois jacuzzis (une en plein air), sauna, salle d'exercice et 12 courts de tennis pour votre plaisir. À proximité faire de l'équitation, le VTT, des sentiers de randonnée, et d'autres attractions estivales.

The location was great and the space was clean. Access to the pool was great and it was very close to all attractions. It was easy to communicate with the property managers and they were very timely in response. Townhouse was well stocked and had what we needed! Would come back again!

White mt retreat

This townhouse was just perfect for what my family needed. Plenty of space and access to the pool was wonderful! So close to all the major attractions but out of the way and quiet!

Awesome weekend getaway

The property was easy to find and it was a perfect location as we were racing at Loon Mountain Resort just down the road. There was plenty of space to sprawl out and relax. Very clean. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed the location - there is a spot to access the river right at the entrance to the community. Nice and clean with plenty of space - way more than we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids. We were aware there was no AC in the upstairs bedroom, but boy it was warm. Just be prepared to sweat!! We would love to come back during ski season.

Wonderful stay in Lincoln

We really enjoyed our stay in the property in Clearbrook. There were a couple of things which need to be looked into though. The doors for both bathrooms squeak badly, waking people up at night. They need to be greased. Also, the toilet in the downstairs bathroom seems to be a little loose and rocks if you lean forward while sitting on it. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the property!!

A Comfortable Stay

The townhouse was impeccably clean and has some updates/features such as the loft-style master bedroom and picture window to the balcony that improve it over other units in the complex. Nicely stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook one or two meals a day. The only thing I needed but couldn't find were oven mitts. The clubhouse and pools are a two minute drive away (unfortunately Clearbrook does not have direct access via road or walkway), and we used the pools every day. The toilets are original to the unit, so are VERY low to the ground. Not easy for larger or older people, or people with bad knees. I would recommend the next update the owners might do are to replace the toilets with more modern, taller ones. Overall, a lovely comfy stay in our favourite complex in Lincoln.

Nice stay in Lincoln

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 3 couples in our group so the 3 bedrooms were perfect! Also a great location for us to use as home base for our motorcycle rides in the area. We had some maintenance problems - the entry door was not in good shape and bent when we opened it. One of the toilets was not secured well so wobbled quite a bit when sat on. And the fireplace screen was broken. We stopped at the Sales/Reservation office (quite convenient to have it so close to the rental) to report all the problems. When we returned at the end of the day, the 3 problems were resolved. Furniture and other amenities were in great shape but carpet floors could have been cleaner. A candy wrapper was found near our bed on the floor and after getting a slight poke on the bottom of my foot, we found 2 straight pins on the carpet. I would guess better vacuuming was needed. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay!

Clean, good location, needs updating

This was our second year in a row staying at this condo, so caveat emptor. Our favourite complex to stay in, and the unit was impeccably clean and well appointed with kitchen/bathroom supplies. Communication was clear and thorough. But this unit has not been significantly updated probably since it was built, and it shows its age. To be fair, it is priced lower than any similar townhouse in the complex for summer rental, but that may be to balance out the amenities it lacks. The toilets in both bathrooms are extremely low, hard for bigger or older people to use comfortably (the one in the master bath has a loose seat and I had to go into the tank to reattach the chain for the flapper when the toilet wouldn't stop running--it had been "fixed" with a safety pin in the past). The master bedroom mattress is torturously uncomfortable; of course there are other beds but I slept on the couch. There is no air conditioning, not usually an issue but summers are hotter than they used to be and this is no longer optional even in the mountains. We will continue to rent in Clearbrook/The Village at Loon, but not in this unit.

Basement needs some sort of air movement dehumidifier or something mini split wasn’t working properly . Not cleaned very well lots of cobwebs throughout. Kitchen chair was broken prior to showing up.
