Sunskipper E2 - 2 bedroom ocean view condo

Sunskipper E2 is a newly updated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom ocean view condo in Carolina Beach. Located on the North end of the island, the property has easy ocean access as well as a shared pool behind the building. The master bedroom has a king bed and a newly remodeled bathroom complete with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a double bed and uses the shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has all new appliances and is the perfect spot to cook when you want to spend a night in. The front porch boasts peek a boo views of the Atlantic, and the ample seating on the front deck makes it the perfect place to hang out when you taking a break from the beach.

Carolina Beach vacation spot

Property was as described, clean updated and good for our party of 4 who arrived at different times. Only issue we had was Town of Carolina Beach doing construction/repairs right outside the property which was noisy and disruptive. Never got to use the pool as it is too small for the property, but the beach was wonderful. Very strongly recommend the staff at intercoastal realty who helped with early check in and to find alternate parking - above and beyond !

Caution for pets

First the good. Great location. First floor. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. King bed was comfy. Now the bad. This is listed as a pet friendly. But there is a flea infestation. And either the owners dog or the people before us had a white dog that sheds horribly. It was all over the couch. And on the king bed comforter was covered in white dog hair. The housekeepers did not vacuum. All the floors were covered with dog hair. We Filled up the vacuum canister with dog hair

Beautiful place and steps from the beach

We love your place, so nice and love how close it’s to the beach, just steps away. Nice kitchen, has everything I needed to make meals for us. Spacious place, love it. Beds were a bit noisy, I think maybe time for new box springs :). Bath tub and shower were a bit dirty when we got there. But we are very happy and will definitely come back in the future.

The property is as described and perfectly located across the street from the beach. When sitting on the deck you can see the ocean through a small space between the buildings that actually sit on the beach front. The condo itself is an older unit, but it has been well maintained and is in overall good condition. The bed in the primary room could use new linens, the duvet was stained and worn and simply didn’t feel clean. In another review there were comments about the lighting in the bathroom off the primary room - it’s spot on, the lighting is very dim and you feel almost as though you are in a cave. The kitchen has been remodeled and is in excellent shape. There is an eat around bar and that is where we spent most of our time. The deck furniture again, it’s worn and has seen better days, but overall does the job and that’s what is important. I have tried to be open on the things that I felt could be improved upon. However, I gave the condo and our stay five stars because it met all of our needs, we slept comfortably, relaxed in the evenings watching tv and the location was perfect for us. The ability to be able to walk around the streets and across over to the beach was exactly what we were looking for.

Highly recommend the Sunksipper!

We stayed at the Sunkskipper for a weekend trip and it was perfect. Ocean views and easy access to the beach, in quiet part of Carolina Beach. The condo itself was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Close to the boardwalk and lots of amenities! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, terrible beds

Overall, this property was great. It is close to the beach, has a great deck, and has full size washer/dryer and other appliances. We ended up leaving a day early because the master bedroom bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable our backs/necks couldn't handle another night of it. Everything else about the property was great though.

Lovely unit, perfect location

This unit was ideal. Very nicely updated with a nice, well-equipped kitchen that had newer, fully working appliances. The only complaint we had was the master bathroom was very poorly lit. Some new lightbulbs in the one light fixture might help. The location was perfect
a half block from beach access, and a quarter of a mile from the pier. The front deck offered “peekaboo” views of the ocean, and we loved sitting out there in the evenings. We’d definitely stay here again.
