Great property! Best views, clean, comfortable and great place to relax. View of beach was excellent! Hosts friendly and welcoming. Met the housekeeper who gave dining recommendations and is devoted to her clients .

The condo was very clean and conveniently located close to the beach. The balcony was cozy and had a nice view of the ocean. We liked how the living room was set up, with plenty of seating and a good sized TV. The bathrooms and bedrooms were both nice and spacious. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Perfect Oceanfront Location & Incredible Views!"We had an absolutely amazing stay! You truly cannot beat this location—being right near the ocean with a very close walk to the beach made our trip. Excellent view of the Carolina Beach Pier and the awesome night life entertainment. It was fun to watch the evening energy right from the property. The place was clean, comfortable, and the perfect beach home base. Jeff was an incredible host, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

Great condo, great location with gorgeous ocean view and just a few steps from the sand. Condo is well equipped, comfortable and spacious for a group of 4 with 2 full baths. Pet friendly is an absolute plus. The beach supply closet for the unit is stocked with low beach chairs and umbrealls. The hosts are great communicators, hope to stay again in the future. My family had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! There were lots of things closed still for the off season, but we were there to relax and this was a great place to do that! Coffee and sunrise from the balcony was perfect!

Jeff & Jeremy were very responsive hosts. The rental exceeded our expectations. The beach is very clean and the area is extremely dog friendly. There were multiple dog owners walking their dogs in the area at all times. The AC was the best we have ever had in a rental unit. The beach closet had everything you would need to enjoy the beach. We brought our beach items but if we had known how well stocked the unit was, we would have left ours at home. We would definitely rent from this host again.

There was an ocean view that was very nice and the deck seating was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was check in time at 4 pm and check out 10am. All places I have ever booked were check in 3pm and out 11am which is so much more convenient to the traveler.

We loved hosting you as our guest, and we’re thrilled you enjoyed those ocean views—relaxing on the deck and taking in the ocean breeze is one of our favorite parts of the condo too. I do wish we had known about your early check‑in or late check‑out request. We always try to be as flexible as possible, and we’ve never charged for timing adjustments. As long as it’s outside the busy summer season and our cleaning team can make it work, we’re more than happy to accommodate.
