Située sur South Forest Beach Drive, cette villa en front de mer située au deuxième étage comprend deux chambres, deux salles de bains, un salon / salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle. La literie de cette villa se compose d’un plateau-coussin, d’un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, de deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d’invités et d’un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Il y a trois téléviseurs à écran plat (salon, chambre principale et deuxième chambre). WIFI est disponible. Il y a un balcon privé près de la chambre principale et du salon donnant sur la plage et la piscine, pour profiter des magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. La villa est à distance de marche des commerces et des restaurants.

Une laverie est située sur deux étages du complexe.

Excellent location, we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Exterior of builing & pool well maintained and the inside was exactly as described. It was nice to see lots of hooks up (to hang all the bathing suits and towels) and all the extra towels that was supplied. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. View from the balcony was perfect!

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

This condo is in a perfect location to the pool, beach, shopping and eating. Everything you needed was there. Nice furnishings and liked that it was gated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We had a wonderful time staying in Hilton Head. This specific property we did not stay at because there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. The real estate company provided us with a different property down the street at no extra cost. Both locations were close to the beach, shopping, parks and other amenities.

Perfect location

View is worth the stay. Location is great. Condo was very clean. But it is very dated. Furniture is old and uncomfortable.

Easy booking and check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pictures are outdated, rooms and TV’s have been upgraded. Easy access to beach and pool. Planning on booking again for future vacations.

2nd time here!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and it truly feels like our home away from home. Like last years review- pros are the proximity to everything, cleanliness of the room, the beds are really comfortable, we like how small and safe the complex is. It is within walking distance to Coligny plaza Cons are still the size of the master bath… the shower in the master bath is very very small and dated. Obviously the cons were not deal breakers for us with us coming back again though. We also are planning on seeing you all again next year!!!!

Great condo with view of beach

We have stayed beachside at Beechwood Place several times over the years. This unit is by far the best one to date. Although the condos are laid out the same, this owner was smart with selection and positioning of couches and tables so that the unit felt updated, fresh and more spacious.
