Tiny house located a half mile from trails that take you to Three Lakes, Eagle River, Sugar Camp and just 10 minutes away from downtown Eagle River with a lot of restaurants, coffee shop, bars and stores.
Ice fishing available right on the spot .
Snowmobile/UTV rentals 10 min away and you’ll be able to take trails right from rentals spot to the house.

Location:
This unique tiny house located 10 min from downtown of Eagle River with all stores, bars, restaurants and much more.
House stays In the woods with 100 Years old red pines and facing quiet and peaceful private lake. This lake is motorized, but doesn't have public boat ramp.
In the summer time you can enjoy kayaks, pedal board or harbor boat that is included with the listing.
The Lake has nice slope bottom with sandy beach and crystal clear water which is good for kids or any other people.
Winter time- you can have fun with snowmobiles right from the property, trails from this house will take you to all possible directions or you can just have ice fishing experience right on the spot, after that have relaxing time in cedar sauna.

Main level:
Main floor level of this unique tiny house is only 225 sq ft that's include full kitchen with all standards appliances and stuff in order to cook , bedroom with twin size bed and full bathroom with a nice size shower.
Big windows that facing a lake will give you incredible views all day long.

Loft:
Unique custom made stairs will take you to the loft area with 2 single beds and small play area with some games (kids will love it)

Basement:
Basement has a separate entrance and that's where you'll find cedar sauna, relax zone and small shower.
Sauna capacity is 4 people and electric sauna heater, will make your experience very comfortable and easy. SAUNA IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR WINTER TIME

Exterior and outdoor
When you walk out from the house it will take you to a very big deck 15'x15' with patio furniture in the summer time.
In the evening you can have a great time sitting at wood burning fire pit.
