Things about this unit:-there is ambient noise from the freeway and street. But it’s located in the heart of the city, what are you expecting? Even with that fact, this place is still totally worth it. -Fantastic and fast hot water-refreshments in the fridge! I can’t tell you how nice that was after a day of traveling! -very good proximity to downtown & conv center, and corner location gives nice views of the gorgeous trees. I don’t have tall, luxurious trees where I’m from. -hospitality! The Guest Guide was very helpful, with lots of recommendations. This was a wonderful stay, thank you so much, we would be thrilled to stay here again.

Fabulous location for PAX West (5 minutes to either convention center). Felt very secure and spacious. Host was super communicative and helpful and very accommodating.

Walkable & Convenient

Didn't have to Uber once! Came in town for a business conference which was a short 10 minute walk from the apartment, and lots of great tourist must-sees are also in walking distance. Easy and great for one or two people. The host also was super helpful.

Stay for football game

We had a great stay. The property is located within a half mile to the Linc train and the Convention Center was right nextdoor. Everything we needed was close by. No need for a vehicle.

Appartment was just as predicted on the platform. Very comfortable, Kitchen well equipped. Good walking distance to city center. good beds, fantastic view from the rooftop deck. good price-value ratio.

overall our stay was pleasant. the room was nicely decorated and the views were very nice. the apartment is in walking distance of several transport options and the capitol hill district which we had so much fun exploring. the day before arriving we were informed that our original apartment was going through maintenance so we were being put in another unit which wasn’t a problem. however, much of the next few days was spent trying to coordinate when/ how we would move to our original apartment and i was left thinking “why can’t we just stay here?”. the room we moved to was slightly less nice; a little darker, no iron, but nothing that really negatively impacted our stay too much. Overall, the communication from the host was pretty good, the location is very central, the security of the building is sound and the facilities of the apartment are good. the only reason for 4stars is as i explained above.

Great Location

Was a great location to downtown. Just a short walk to get there the place was clean and it was easy to access. The owners were available if you needed anything at all, I would highly recommend it.

Great!

The location was awesome. Within 2 blocks to the convention center. Easy walk down to pike place. The walk to the space needle wasn’t bad either. Great place! The rooftop deck was great to have too. Overall, the place was perfect for us! 5 stars for sure.

Not Properly Cleaned & Other Issues

Firstly, the unit you are looking at is the one we asked for but their previous stayers smoked so it was being fumigated. They were kind enough to put us in their other unit but that’s where the other problems were. We wanted to make coffee in the morning and the entire filter in the coffee machine was moldy and gross. In the rug in the living room there was candy sticking in the rug and we had both stepped in multiple spots. The TV had no TV remote, we managed to get in contact with one of the co-hosts but it was our last night there so we said forget it. There were bugs crawling on the ceiling in the kitchen, one after another when we killed one another showed up. In the primary bathroom when you turned on the shower brownish water came out of the tub faucet and it was dirty in the tub. Wi-Fi barely works, my cellular data worked better than the Wi-Fi and I only had 1 bar of LTE from the place. Besides all those issues my friend and I had a good time there for sleeping and sitting on the couch relaxing.

Downtown Seattle is sketchy at best and the entrance to the building is on a dark side street. Not a good family location. Also, the elevator smelled heavily of marijuana which is not something that I’m looking for. If you want an acceptable place right by downtown it’s fine but

Fantastic place to stay!

I love this property so much! It’s so close to the convention center. The apartment was clean and spacious. Had a little hiccup with the wifi but Siena was amazing and got it fixed right away! I would definitely stay again and would recommend :)

Disappointing except for the help of the fill-in host

We had no Wi-Fi the entire stay - even though the fill-in host was working hard to fix things. (She replaced the router twice over the course of 4 days, to no avail and the technician from the internet provider was not available until after we left.) My husband and I spent quite a bit of our own time trouble-shooting. The mattress was too soft and sagged, so I woke up with back pain. There was no smoke or CO2 detector. When we got here, there were gaps around where the portable AC unit was vented in the window in the livingd room; the fill-in manager had it taped up. Honestly, we would have left had it not been for the efforts of the fill-in manager. Even so, we had no internet connection which meant we didn't have music via our Alexa nor television. I request a full or partial refund!

A week in Seattle

The hallways of the building leave a little to be desired, the washer & dryer were not available in the unit, the parking is actually $35 not $25 as noted for the rental. Those are the reasons for the overall 4 star review. Otherwise, the property is in a great accessible location for walking and driving. You are met by a greeter that explains the access and property usage, the unit is functional and clean. We would stay there again based on our experience.

Perfect location for Seattle stay

My husband and I visited our daughter who lives in Cap Hill. We could walk to her place (uphill) in 10 minutes. We could meet her for dinner downtown in 15 minutes (downhill). We were on I-5 in a few minutes ( we rented a car and parked onsite reasonablel extra charge). It's perfect for 2, clean, updated kitchen, responsive owners, and a rooftop with amazing views. Small grocery a block away.

attending convention

This property turned out to be very close to the convention center as indicated. While I spent most of my time at the hall, I enjoyed the condo and would recommend it if you are attending a meeting at the convention center.

In for a conference

The location was perfect, right near the convention center. Condo, as well as the building and area, were clean. Owner was responsive to any questions while I was in town. I was not able to locate a thermostat, as it was warmer than I would have preferred, but opening a window did the trick. Also, there was a hair dryer, but I did not see an outlet for it in the bathroom. I would stay here again.
