Fees & Pricing
✦ Nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. Additional guests are charged per person, per night (max occupancy: 4). Unauthorized guests will incur a $250 fee per night.
✦ Stays beyond 15 nights require mid-stay cleaning every two weeks. The cleaning fee applies to each mid-stay cleaning.
✦ We do our very best to accommodate requests. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $45 fee, depending on our Housekeeping Team's operational capacity.

✦ Long-term stays are welcome, but bookings must be made in 28-day segments.
✦ Please be mindful of what goes down the drains and only flush toilet paper.

✦ Travel plans can change—trip insurance is recommended!
✦ The condo is in the vibrant Hubbell Place area, which, like many urban centers, may encounter a diverse mix of people, including individuals experiencing homelessness. The area is generally safe, and we simply encourage guests to stay aware of their surroundings, as they would in any major city.
✦ If you're bringing a car, there is street parking available; however, we highly recommend the nearby Washington Convention Center Garage. It offers secure overnight parking and added peace of mind during your stay.
