Vous apprécierez cette maison de vacances à plusieurs niveaux, facilement accessible (à seulement 3 ou 4 marches de l’entrée). Cette maison de ville offre trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain, un spacieux salon / salle à manger / cuisine et un coin salon en mezzanine.

Deux des chambres (une avec un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat, l’autre, un ensemble de lits superposés, un lit simple et une petite télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD), une salle de bain complète et une buanderie sont situées au dernier étage de la maison de ville. . La salle à manger, le salon et la cuisine à aire ouverte sont situés au niveau intermédiaire. La suite parentale avec lit king size et salle de bain privée se trouve à l'étage supérieur. Enfin, le loft avec un ensemble de lits superposés est sur le palier entre le salon et la suite principale.

Pendant votre séjour, veillez à vous détendre sur le pont et à admirer la vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes. Utilisez les appareils en acier inoxydable pour préparer votre repas dans la cuisine ou louez un film et passez du temps dans le salon en profitant du grand téléviseur à écran plat. sur le foyer au bois. Everything was fantastic. The only issues we had were that the bunk beds seemed a little unsafe (loose ladders and fences not high enough) and that one of the fans was broken. Very minor stuff - we’d come back in a heartbeat.

On Loon Resort and cozy home

The home is exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen and dishes are clean and cookware were very nice. You can tell the owners also spend their time here and they care about their place. We have had bad experiences elsewhere. So this was such a treat. And there were heater controller in every room. So we were never cold. Beautifully modernized, cozy ski house. And the welcome goodie bag and fresh roses in a vase were such a nice touch. To top it all off - the shuttle bus to Loon is right outside the property!We will definitely come back!

The MBR is open to the living room below and closing it with a window and shade would make it more private. Very close to Loon Mtn, and just a couple miles from downtown Lincoln. We would definitely stay at this unit again and recommend it to other vacationers.

We were very surprised by these comments, as Susan is the managing broker and has always been welcoming and receptive to guests of all races and nationalities. In fact, many guests ask for her by name as they check-in. We would welcome another chance to fulfill your vacation needs in the future. We loved the condo as this was our 2nd year at the same place. No complaints regarding the residence!However, there was Major Road / Drainage construction in the village which was not disclosed to us before we made the purchase/rental. DISCLOSURE IS IMPERATIVE!The noise was extremely loud, we couldn't open the windows of the condo, and our cars were filthy due to the dirt, sand, stone, blowing around from all of the trucks/front loaders/Tractors, etc.... they started at 7am until 4pm. We are very upset that the management company did not disclose this at the time of booking which was only a couple of weeks before our stay.

Loved it

Family of four stayed for a week. The place was awesome. I missed the detail in the listing that there was no a/c and I got freaked out when I arrived. Turns out we never needed it even in 80 degree weather since the place stayed cool. Of the four sleeping areas, only two bedrooms are fully private, both located in the basement. Upper sleeping areas are open to the living room so no privacy there. It didn’t matter for us since both kids shared a bedroom in the basement and we stayed in the top floor king with en suite (still open to the living room). We used the pools, game room, hit Whales Tale water park, Clark’s Trading Post, mini golf, ice cream, and board games on rainy days.

Great stay!

We came to New hampshire for a short family vacation and the house was a wonderful base for us. My kids especially enjoyed the dressers full of toys and games. The mattress toppers on most of the beds were so comfortable! The view from the porch was magnificent. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

It's close proximity to a running brook was a bonus; as the soothing sounds of the brook, the clean mountain air, and clear crisp night skys lulled us to sleep each night. I would highly recommend Loon Reservation Service's to anyone planning a trip to Lincoln.

The sleeping loft is directly over the living room, so it's not ideal if you need a place for the kids to hang out (watching their TV) while you watch the big TV, but it is a great play area for the kids. Master bedroom is nice and large, just note that it's open to the living room below. Firewood was provided and parking was right out front. Very close to Loon Mtn, and just a couple miles from downtown Lincoln. We would definitely stay at this unit again!
