Welcome to La Quinta Del Sol. A 5 bedroom and 3 bath home, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with an expansive backyard featuring a heated pool, fire pit, seating area, covered patio with dining, and additional lounge areas. Staying at La Quinta Del Sol means being perfectly located nearby many of Scottsdale's best amenities. Barrett Jackson, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland, WM Open. Many golf courses nearby, dining, entertainment, shopping, and much more. A great location to stay in for spring training!

Minimum Age to Rent: 30 years old.

Living Space

The open living area features vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with a gas range, and pot filler. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make the most of a night in with your group.

Other features include quartz countertops, an oversized island, and a built-in refrigerator. The kitchen also overlooks the backyard so that you can stay connected with all the outdoor activities, and features a pass-through window. The master bedroom has its own access to the backyard with a large sliding glass door.

Relax in the spa tub after a long day of golf or hiking. The garage is converted into a game room featuring 2 double Murphy beds, Multicade arcade game, pool table, and foosball table.

House Rules

Pool heat is an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
Max 1 Pet Allowed. 50lb Maximum. ($200 Non Refundable Fee)
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
No parking in front of the mailboxes.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

* We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
