Great house for a big group

We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay again on a future visit. We loved having so many bathrooms and 5 of the bedrooms were king which worked great for couples and co-sleeping families. It was really nice having a pool onsite, and we also used the resort pool facilities too, which we were really nice.kids loved the bunk room with the slide.

Just awesome

The home was great. It was in a prefect location. Far enough away from the parks to avoid that hectic mess, but close enough that it was only a 30 minute drive. Perfect size for our family to enjoy each other's company as well as have a place to escape if you need to decompress. Kids loved the pool and game room. The adults enjoyed the theater. We intend to use this same property again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

We stayed with our kids and grandkids and we had a wonderful time! Especially playing pool and ping pong. There were 12 of us and there was just enough room for all of us. We had a couple minor blips and they were rectified within the hour both times. TVs in all the rooms and no problems with WiFi. We cooked most of our meals and ate in and that worked out great. I would stay in this place again.

Beautiful property that works for the whole family

Had an amazing stay at this house and David was very helpful and responsive. My five year old loved the slide and had a blast in the pool. There were 11 in our group. 3 teens, 1 five year old and two young adults, 4 middle aged adults and 1 senor citizen. Everyone found something they loved within the house. The number of bathrooms was a blessing for this many people. After staying here it made us not want to leave and live there forever. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Easter

House was great. Could use more bathrooms upstairs, also newer sheets. Were rough because very pilly, washed too many times. Towels and wash clothes also very thin. Great location and did get quick respose when asked for a couple of kitchen items. Would rent again if smaller group but 14 upstairs with 3 bathrooms doesnt work well,

The list is endless at this point! House was filthy, bath mats disgusting, only 12 dingy towels, 7 dinner plates , can opener not working pot and pans all burnt and Teflon peeling off . AC filters disgusting haven’t been changed since October 17th . Pool didn’t heat up till 2nd night. Dryer is a fire hazard and doesn’t dry because of do much lint inside the drum . Only 6 pool towels. Pool was full of a rotten foam football and the list goes on
Filthy carpet
Upstairs ac vent
Dirty leather sofa you can see where I wiped it the only clean spot

Everything that you could possibly find wrong with this property there was it started with the pool was disgusting. The refrigerator did not work. It kept beeping and also leaking the game room was overheating. It had a space air-conditioning in it. That did not even work unless we had the door open to allow the air conditioner from outside to go inside of the garage. The manager was very rude and also they only offer 100 as an inconvenience fee. I would not advise anyone to book this unit. Nothing in the pictures match there were no towels no rugs any essentials that you needed for the unit we’re not available so would that being said do not waste your time do not waste your money and if you wanna deal with rude maintenance people, it was only one person that was very nice and that was the guy that came to make sure that the refrigerator was not working properly and he was a very nice person, but the manager, the people who managed the property they had very disgusting attitudes. And did not care if we were uncomfortable or not. Also, they tried to charge 100 for a grill fee when the grill was already dirty didn’t use it. My stay at this house was the worst no waste your time. Don’t waste your money look somewhere else.

Nice Big house with nice affordable price

Everything was great. Kids loved a The double bunk room with the slide. We just wish there were TVs in the kid rooms. They did utilize the theater room though. The front door lock became disabled, we couldn’t open front door. I reached out to the company and the repair man was there bright and early Sunday morning, the next morning. Great response time. We loved the 5 king rooms. All of the kids wanted to stay in the bunk room. We loved the double beds in the other rooms . So it worked out great for the older kids.

Great time but needs attention

Overall, it was a good stay; points to consider from the group: - The bathroom was dirty, and the sink did not drain. Maintenance did come out and fix the problem during our stay (there was ALOT of black gunk that was removed) - Pots/pans/Kitchen utensils should be updated as they are breaking down. The swimming pool was not heated as paid for and maintenance also had to remedy that situation. The beds - were COMFY, though.Thank you - and good luck in the future.
