Located in one of the most sought after resorts close to Disney World Resort, The Retreat at Championsgate, this 9 bedroom/5 full bathroom home sleeps 21 guests, and sits on a premium lot with lake view! Offering 5 King bedrooms all with smart TVs finished in a modern design this home also has a further 4 themed bedrooms, including a custom-built four twin bunk bed Marvel themed room with a commercial slide; a princess room with 2 twin beds, a Mickey Mouse room with 2 twin beds and a Star Wars room with 1 full size and on twin bed. But that is not all, this home also provides a home theatre equipped with in-ceiling surround sound and leather seating custom-built on two tiers! There is also an Avatar themed game's room offering table tennis and a pool table which is air conditioned for additional comfort. Guests can enjoy the Florida sunshine out on the large west facing pool deck equipped with a large swimming pool and spa where guests can enjoy alfresco patio dining or relaxing on pool loungers whilst overlooking the Lake. A fully stocked modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances that convey along with 2 sets of washers and dryers. Championsgate Resort is a 24/7 guard-gated community resort and on site amenities include a large pool, lazy river, fitness center, movie theater called the Oasis Club. Pool / jacuzzi heat available and chargeable on request. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.

Great house for a big group

We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay again on a future visit. We loved having so many bathrooms and 5 of the bedrooms were king which worked great for couples and co-sleeping families. It was really nice having a pool onsite, and we also used the resort pool facilities too, which we were really nice.kids loved the bunk room with the slide.

The list is endless at this point! House was filthy, bath mats disgusting, only 12 dingy towels, 7 dinner plates , can opener not working pot and pans all burnt and Teflon peeling off . AC filters disgusting haven’t been changed since October 17th . Pool didn’t heat up till 2nd night. Dryer is a fire hazard and doesn’t dry because of do much lint inside the drum . Only 6 pool towels. Pool was full of a rotten foam football and the list goes on

Just awesome

The home was great. It was in a prefect location. Far enough away from the parks to avoid that hectic mess, but close enough that it was only a 30 minute drive. Perfect size for our family to enjoy each other's company as well as have a place to escape if you need to decompress. Kids loved the pool and game room. The adults enjoyed the theater. We intend to use this same property again in the future. Highly recommend!!

House was great. Could use more bathrooms upstairs, also newer sheets. Were rough because very pilly, washed too many times. Towels and wash clothes also very thin. Great location and did get quick respose when asked for a couple of kitchen items. Would rent again if smaller group but 14 upstairs with 3 bathrooms doesnt work well,

Beautiful property that works for the whole family

Had an amazing stay at this house and David was very helpful and responsive. My five year old loved the slide and had a blast in the pool. There were 11 in our group. 3 teens, 1 five year old and two young adults, 4 middle aged adults and 1 senor citizen. Everyone found something they loved within the house. The number of bathrooms was a blessing for this many people. After staying here it made us not want to leave and live there forever. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful!

We stayed with our kids and grandkids and we had a wonderful time! Especially playing pool and ping pong. There were 12 of us and there was just enough room for all of us. We had a couple minor blips and they were rectified within the hour both times. TVs in all the rooms and no problems with WiFi. We cooked most of our meals and ate in and that worked out great. I would stay in this place again.

Family Fun

This property had everything we needed for a family vacation.... there was 16 of us rangjng from age 5 to 65...our grandchildren had a blast in the pool and games room and the house was large enough for all adults to have their own space, if needed...David, the host was very quick to reponse to any questions we had....The Oasis Club and Spa, in Champions Gate, which we had access to iwas excellent....f we all get together again we would definitely stay there again.....

Great time but needs attention

Overall, it was a good stay; points to consider from the group: - The bathroom was dirty, and the sink did not drain. Maintenance did come out and fix the problem during our stay (there was ALOT of black gunk that was removed) - Pots/pans/Kitchen utensils should be updated as they are breaking down.The swimming pool was not heated as paid for and maintenance also had to remedy that situation.The beds - were COMFY, though.Thank you - and good luck in the future.

Nice Big house with nice affordable price

Everything was great. Kids loved a The double bunk room with the slide. We just wish there were TVs in the kid rooms. They did utilize the theater room though. The front door lock became disabled, we couldn’t open front door. I reached out to the company and the repair man was there bright and early Sunday morning, the next morning. Great response time. We loved the 5 king rooms. All of the kids wanted to stay in the bunk room. We loved the double beds in the other rooms . So it worked out great for the older kids.
