Fife Lake Lodge provides a harmonious blend of rustic charm, comfort, convenience, and safety for your stay in Fife Lake, MI. This suite style room is equipped with a flat screen TV with Roku devices for your entertainment needs with a couch and chair. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and stools, and 4 cup coffee maker to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are shared amenities like kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, grills and so much more!

Ample parking featuring an assigned parking spot per room right in front of the building for 1 vehicle and extra parking in front of the blue shed next our fenced in beach area, that will fit a truck and trailer. And additionally, there's a public parking lot conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park.

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private suite at Fife Lake Lodge. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are on-site party store with necessities, liquor & snacks, kayak rentals (subject to availability), oat slips, fire pit, yard games & shared patio. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras.

Additionally, there are scenic trails and bike paths for those who enjoy cycling or walking. Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited.

• Parking: Public car/trailer lot nearby.

• Kayaks: Available 8AM - 8PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st). Rental fees apply. Waiver required.

• Requests: Pack n' Play or stair gate (upon request).

• Firewood not provided.

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

-Signing the rental agreement

-ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-10% off for stays 7+ nights

-20% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
