Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the 1 out of 3 units in the cottage and 2 parking spaces. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are a shared fire pit (firewood not provided), private balcony with stunning lake views, lawn games like ladder ball, corn-hole, and Bottle Bash and a shallow swimming area with a sandy/muddy bottom accessed by stone steps. This unit requires three steps up to the porch to access. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitor decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording feature)

To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use. Pac & Play and high-chair available upon request.

Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.


Long Term Rentals (30 days or more) may require a security deposit.
