Welcome to this newly renovated guesthouse in the heart of West Ashley. While staying in this adorable 850 sqft. home, you`ll fall in love with the newly redone kitchen featuring a cozy breakfast nook.

As you walk into the property you`ll be delighted to see the fully remodeled and open floorplan layout of the home.

You`ll sleep soundly at night with blackout curtains and comfy memory foam mattresses stocked in both bedrooms.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That`s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you`ll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

As you pull into the driveway you will see two buildings. The main house (where I live) and the guest house in the back. You will be able to park 2 cars in the driveway. You will be sharing the driveway with the neighbor next door as well as the tenets in the front house, so parking can sometimes get a little tight.

I live in the front house of the property so I`ll be available if needed.

Charming & Clean Guest House

My two adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the guest house on our recent trip to Charleston. It was very clean, offered many amenities, and was a great place for us to gather and relax during our stay. The location was convenient to food and retail locations and just a short car ride to downtown Charleston and the many attractions. Would definitely stay again if we return to the city.

Such a charming apartment! Very spacious, well appointed and a perfect location for our downtown explorations with a very short walk to free public transportation. We would not hesitate to return here!

Really Nice!!!

It was really nice, the only thing is the sharing the driveway for parking was a little challenging. Overall I recommend the spot. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was close to downtown. I would stay here again. Thank you for a great experience.

Charleston Christmas

Enjoyed our stay, very convenient to our daughter's home. Property is very clean and well furnished. I have mobility and balance issues and it was very easy to get around in the house and the bathroom felt very safe, only challenge was getting my walker up and down the outside steps. Will plan to stay again on our next visit to Charleston

Great neighborhood and well stocked

Nice quiet neighborhood and owner was quiet and friendly also. The internet was spotty and unreliable but when we contacted the owner he was very pleasant and helpful. Everything you need to be comfortable, plenty of cozy blankets, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap, wine bottle openers, coffee, ice, water, just bring your clothes! If you are not good at parallel parking, this is not the place for you, parking and loading/unloading vehicles was not pleasant, we came with only one vehicle. Despite this we are very pleased with our stay and will come again!
