Stay in our spacious 6 bedroom home on cul-de-sac street.
17-min drive to IAH airport & 12-min drive to Deerbrook mall.
Free parking.
The living room has high ceiling and cozy fireplace.

Our home in Texas embraces the warm weather, humidity, and abundant woodlands, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape. It is a haven for various species of wildlife, including foxes, deer, coyotes, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, ducks, woodpeckers, Cardinals, Blue Jays, and more!
Additionally, our surroundings teem with smaller critters like lizards, frogs, honeybees, and other insects. It's important to note that encounters with Mother Nature's creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, it's often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us!

House Rules
Guests will be required to read and honor the House Rules and rental agreement.!

Parties/Gatherings
No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.

Security Deposit
A $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.

Additional Amenities
A crib is available upon request. We currently have 14 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.

If you need additional bedding such as extra pillows, air mattresses, or electric (heated) blankets, please feel free to make a request. A walker is also available upon request.

Nice Home, Enjoyed Our Stay

I enjoyed my stay at this home! It was very spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. The host and his assistants are easy to reach as well ! You are also provided with about 3 numbers to reach the landlord if anything is need. The home was clean for the most part, there were things that were not the most neat. The soap wasn’t filled and it was only 4 rooms available, 2 are locked. There are also 3 small dogs that live next door, they are pretty harmless just something to note if you are interested in this property. Overall, the home was beautiful and I would recommend it.

Hi Brie, we're so glad that you enjoyed your stay in our home, and thanks for the kind words! I apologize for the soap not being filled, the cleaning staff should have taken care of that. I will bring this to the team's attention. In regards to the two rooms that were locked, I know what happened here. We were converting the garage to the two additional bedrooms in between guests, instead of shutting down entirely, and when you got there they were about 95% finished so we didn't think it would be a good idea to make them available to guests when they were incomplete. However, no worries because they are fully up and running now. Please let us know if you ever need a place to stay again in the future, we have several more houses in Humble/Atascocita. Thanks again! We walked in and left within 15 minutes due to the concerns with the property. Upon arrival, the home seemed abandoned, so maybe it hasn’t been visited in a while. It should not be listed as a rental in the condition that it was in. Multiple rooms had spider webs all over the ceilings, there were no smoke detectors, the ceiling was cracked, one of the rooms had multiple wasps flying around, and I’m allergic to wasps, so we had to leave. The home is a fixer upper basically that is up for lease or rent. I reached out to the owner to try to get a refund for it due to the conditions and he said he could only do 50% of it as a courtesy. I don’t know if I’ll get it back, but hopefully I do. There were safety concerns with the property and I legit didn’t feel safe for our family to stay there overnight. We stayed at a hotel less than a mile away. They offered a different property, but we were already at the hotel and it was late at night. One pro is that communication was great and the host was very professional. They were also quick to help us get inside the home since the code didn’t initially work.

This was a bit of a complicated stay. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong code and had to call to get the correct one. Upon entering, we noticed that the place looked to have been cleaned awhile ago, then the floors were replaced and it was not cleaned after that, so the entire lower level was covered in a layer of sawdust. The microwave is also fried internally and unsafe to use. They did send out a cleaner the next day, which resolved that issue. They also sent a new countertop microwave at our request. Unfortunately, there are construction debris all around the outside of the house and backyard. These were not taken care of during our stay but was not a huge deal for us since we don't have kids. It would be a safety hazard for kids. Overall, this place has a lot of potential but it seems it is still being fixed up and in my opinion should not be rented out until the renovations and repairs are complete (and all construction debris is cleared). The place was otherwise clean and neighborhood is fine. They answered and helped us promptly.
