Open and inviting 1,154 square feet of living space, kitchen, dining room, and living room are wide open to endless possibilities for entertaining with a generous free-flowing plan, master suite boasts a huge walk-in closet and inviting bath, mirrors expansive master with adjoining bath second bedroom space with a desk. golf membership is transferable we also have pickleball in the community A beautiful church in Ave Maria . We have shoppes restaurants water parks a beautiful community a must see minutes from naples .

The accommodations were suitable for our stay. I enjoyed the keypad door access as it worked quite well. The mattress was very comfortable. The lanai was great to enjoy and it was fun to see golfers teeing off on the 15th hole. The kitchen had adequate appliances, utensils, and dishes. There were various spices and oils for cooking and garbage bags, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent which was greatly appreciated. This condo is part of a 30-unit building. While we did hear others once-in-a-while, it was very quiet.

Enjoyed the lanai on the 14th green on the pond with a lot of wildlife. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Host was very accommodating. Nice place to stay. Very nice golf course.

The property was very clean and well kept. The property manager was very friendly and readily available to answer a few miscellaneous questions that we had. The location of the property was great, and the first floor allowed for easy access without climbing any steps. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances, dinnerware, and such. The linens and towels were quality. The view out the living / dining area and lanai was very beautiful and peaceful.

Great place to escape!

The screened-in porch overlooks the golf course and a wooded area in the back. Very tranquil place to relax, read and watch the birds and gators. The condo is bright, clean and very comfortable. Everything was perfect - brand new construction, up to date appliances, comfortable mattress and more. If you are a walker or biker, this is the place to be. The center of Ave Maria is very close (walking distance for some). I plan to stay here again!

This place is beautiful. Cleanliness could have been better. Host was very nice and accommodating. No amenities.Pool was not ready and no access to the gym.

Great location for AMU visit!

Quiet, peaceful, clean 2 bedroom with beautiful open space dining/living/kitchen and lanai. Views are beautiful! This Wisconsin girl saw a possum while having coffee on the lanai early morning and an alligator floating in the pond right after some golfers passed this green. Two bathrooms really helped when trying to attend multiple activities. Only drawback is that our cell phones did not work unless we were in town. Text only. Definitely would come back again. Lety is very accommodating!

Beautiful, clean, well appointed condo in great location.

There was a little blip at check in as I needed to give the full name of our host to the guard at the entrance to the gated community where this was, but everything else was 5 stars. We came for a college visit at AMU and were amazed at the “wow” factor of this place. Comfy beds and pillows and blankets and towels for an army. Two spacious and well stocked bathrooms and bedrooms, a really well stocked kitchen, washer dryer, reclinable sofa, and a great view of the golf course! The kitchen had an air fryer, and every appliance you could think of. There was a beautiful hostess gift that greeted us when we arrived, too! Thanks for a great stay, and we’ll be back!
