Warm weather year round in brand new coach home with optional golf

Brand new (unit and furnishings) second floor coach home in a gated community. This home is overlooking a pond that is a haven for wildlife. 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and screened lanai give you lots of places to relax and unwind. This unit is 5 minutes from the quaint town center of Ave Maria. There you will find nice local dining options, a Publix grocery store, and the iconic Catholic Church in the middle of the town center. There is a community pool with slides for kids (great for when the grands come visit) and an adults only section. All of this is close enough to go there on golf cart (one is provided with the unit while renting). Enjoy a great day of golf on the championship caliber National Golf and Country club. Membership can be added if you are interested for the duration of your stay. Price negotiable based on duration of your stay.

Great stay at the National

This was our second stay in Jerry's coach house. He is a great host, and his home is spacious and clean. He is responsive to any questions that may come up. Access to the golf course, fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts makes the stay very enjoyable. The golf course is fun to play and in great shape. The main swimming pool is a great place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Poolside, there is a bar that serves drinks and food, and the new clubhouse has opened, offering another option for food and drinks. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at the National and recommend this property highly.

Jerry's home was absolutely beautiful! Loved the space and the furnishings - my husband loved The National Golf Course! :-)

Great stay at the National

We enjoyed our stay at the National. The coach house had plenty of room and was very clean when we arrived. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, which overlooked a pond. The unit was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The golf course was in great shape and fun to play. We used the fitness center and pickleball courts often. Other amenities such as the clubhouse and the swimming pools are scheduled to open shortly, which will enhance the experience there. Jerry was very responsive to our questions and was a great host. Overall, we had a great experience at the National and we are planning to come back next year for another stay.

Wonderful Stay in Ave Marie

Our stay in this condo was beyond expectations. The unit is beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings and was very, very comfortable. The owner went out of their way to stock supplies for our stay. Communications with the owner were quick and easy. The golf cart was a very nice addition for us to cruise around town. The National’s amenities (planned for completion July 2023) are still under construction but we were able to use the amenities in town. The neighbors were friendly, and we will miss visiting with them. Ave Maria is a wonderful community, and we plan to return.
