Loved our stay! The condo had everything we expected and much more. Literally just need to bring yourself. The place was fully stocked with the usual plus beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. 100 yds from the porch to the beach and another 100 yards to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Almost Heaven! This is our second year to Anna Maria Island and second time staying at Gulf Place and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else! All the units are so close to the beach and pool, literally steps to either, and with having young kids it’s so convenient to be that close. The beach is beautiful and the pool is well kept and never felt crowded. There was an issue with the lock to get into the unit however Gy was great at communicating that to us prior to our arrival with a solution to it as well.

We’ve been going to gulf place for 38 years. The location and price are great. The condos are not upscale exclusive prices. They are family friendly and kept updated and clean. The layout of the property is ideal and has great views and beach access. I highly recommend.

Amazing views of the ocean while also being very close to the pool, which the kids loved. Had everything you will need for a week stay at the beach, including all of the beach accessories, chairs, umbrellas and even games. Already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful trip enjoying the VRBO, the beautiful beach and the shops nearby with our family. We loved the ice cream treats at The Creamery nightly!! Definitely recommend!!!

This beachfront condo was perfect for our family vacation this year. We had plenty of room to have our own space with 5 adults - parents and 3 young adult children. We loved the easy access to the pool and beach right out the back door. Kitchen was fully equipped. We rented bikes for the week and rode north to Pine Ave and south to Holmes Beach shopping and the Publix one day. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Almost Heaven . Great communication with Gy as well and ate at Feeckled Fin on our check in day for a 20% discount. Highly recommend the entire experience.

We had a wonderful time, this condo is right on the ocean, has a very nice pool, the unit is spacious, clean, updated, there are shops, restaurants and a grocery store a short drive away and it is located in a very nice, safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying in this unit!

We absolutely loved the property. It was amazing. Close to the beach, the stores, things to do. I highly recommend this property. It was well maintained and so amazing for a family and friends. It was so spacious and the owner provides beach chairs, umbrellas, towels which was so nice and convenient. The property sits right in the center of everything. Within steps, you are able to enjoy the pool and then a few more, right down onto the sand and ocean. I cannot wait to book my next stay. There are simply no words for how spectacular this home was. Spotless really says it all. Thank you to this amazing family for opening up their home to share with others. This is very well-respected community to rent in, and it shows. Thanks again and hoping to visit again much sooner than later! 5 stars for sure!

This unit is fantastic and exactly as advertised through the description and pictures. It is updated, steps from the beach, and just the perfect unit. We've stayed in Anna Maria multiple times, and this is the unit we will choose for all future visits.

It's better than the wonderful pictures. The unit was clean and the layout worked great. Beautiful pool followed by a nice deck, followed by the best beach in Florida. The deck was great for watching the sunset or just admiring the beautiful beach.. Very good communication with the owner as well. We will come back.

We loved everything about Almost Heaven. The ocean view, the little deck off the kitchen. The large deck near the sand. Check in and check out was very simple and our place was ready early. Extra bonus. We will be back!

This was a wonderful vacation and condo for us! The host was easily accessible if needed. Fortunately we didn’t need anything! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked! The host provided all beach equipment which was so wonderful!!! The view was beautiful from our deck and it was great being on the first floor! The location of the condo was wonderful and the grounds were well cared for. We rode our bikes everywhere! Great restaurants and coffee shops within easy biking distance. It was very hard to leave.
