Response In response to the review of the customer who booked the property on July 19-30, the guests were given access to the property before the actual check in time. Once the property was occupied, at no time did she or anyone occupying it the house complain about the property being dirty, or voice any other concerns. Once the guests checked out of the property, the cleaners noted the house was in total disarray. All the bed comforters (5 each) were taken off the beds upstairs and placed in the downstairs closet, and full of dog hairs. It took multiple washings to get the bed comforters cleaned. The upstairs bedroom blind was broken, a light fixture was taken down and placed in a drawer and multiple people occupied the home that were not on the booking agreement. Although we accept small dogs, it became obvious they had multiple dogs, which were larger than what we allow. After every booking, we have the home professionally cleaned and this time we had to pay extra to bring the house back to a pristine condition. Based on comments from the cleaning team, we reached out to the guest to inquire about some of our concerns (excessive amount of dog hairs all over the house and in the bed comforters , broken blind and a dismantled shower light fixture), but it wasn’t until after that phone call, she posted this negative review. What she got charged was an additional cleaning fee. Thank you and God bless!
