The host was easily the best communicator I have ever had on any platform! The house was immaculate and also spacious for 5 adult males traveling for work. We would definitely stay here again. I cannot thank the host enough.

The house was very clean and inviting! It was the perfect size for our group and looked EXACTLY like the pictures. Also, the house was in great proximity to all of our destinations.

The house was very clean and roomy. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. The host was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Only issues we had were a lounge chair that was rusted out and broke and the ice maker stopped working at some point (which wasn’t a huge deal). I would suggest having a book or folder with directions to the on site resort, local restaurants and things nearby to do. Overall we had a great stay.

Comfortable stay close to the parks

The house was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, depending on who else is renting at the time. The location is good and not too far from the parks. The property owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time.

The property was spacious and comfortable without a doubt. There were a few hiccups however. Both the couch in the loft and main floor great room were damaged. The loft couch had tears, and the center back rest of the couch in the great room was missing screws. As a result, it would swivel to the left, or right when anyone attempted to rest on it. One of the barstools at the kitchen island also had a noticeable tear on the back. There was also what appeared to be a burn on the top of the console table below the television in the great room.There were also a set of windows that were 20 feet off the ground that were partially open. Due to the height, they could not be reached without a ladder. The main concern there was the ability of mosquitoes , other insects and small lizards to enter because there are no screens on the windows.The owner was sent photographs of the damage and was aware of everything except the windows being open. Communication was great overall. The owner was helpful and responsive to our needs at all hours overall. The damage needed to be documented however.

Your note about the upstairs window was especially helpful. That wasn't something we'd been aware of, and we had someone close it completely the same day you checked out; they'll remain closed going forward. The property is also on a regular professional pest control schedule as a standing practice, so insects and pests are not something guests need to worry about. We appreciate guests like you who take the time to help us keep this home in great shape, and we'd love to host you again.

Great stay overall, just wish the hot-tub was warmer.

We had a great stay overall! The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable for our group. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. We specially appreciated the spacious layout and neighborhood.The only downside was the temperature of the pool and hot tub- the water wasn’t as warm as we expected, which was a bit disappointing since we were really looking forward to using them.We would definitely consider staying here again if they fix the water temperature.

Disappointed to find that the main TV is broken and upon alerting the host it indicated a new TV was ordered but would not be installed before my stay ended. Also alerted the host that the refrigerator is not making ice and appeared to be iced over. The neighbors behind tended to get loud and seemed to swim each night around 10-11pm.
The main TV color was broken.
Ice maker was frozen and not producing ice.
