Great condo

It was sparkling clean. Had everything we needed. Property Manager was Johnny on the spot. I highly recommend this particular condo. I loved my stay there. And it was convenient to everything.

The BEST Oceanfront view!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our vacation and we were blown away! You will not find a better view of the ocean. The entire process from start to finish was so stress free. Micheal was a great host and responded quickly. I love the decorations inside of the condo and all the furniture is very comfortable. We do not have any children, but this place is perfect for those with kids. They supply everything you would need such as play pens, baby gates, high chairs, beach toys, and more. We only went on the drive on beach ($20 per day) in Fort Fisher which we LOVED and is only a five minute drive from the condo. The condo was very clean and had plenty of bedding and bath towels. You will have the best views from the balcony and it will easily become your favorite place to hang out in the mornings and at night. Overall, we highly recommend staying here and experiencing the breathtaking views!

Peaceful and Relaxing

The owners have done a great job with property. One can tell they put a lot of thought into making this condo welcoming and packed full of wonderful touches that make your stay memorable. It is close to all the amenities yet far enough to be very relaxing. Excellent communication and could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you to Michael and Hollie for their hospitality and allowing us to stay in their lovely retreat.

Pros and Cons (Overall Great Trip)

Pros: Owner communicated quickly, clean and updated; all amenities were great/new, great water front view, relaxing, loved reading about owners and ties to the area. Cons: Tight parking if you have a large vehicle/truck, pool was closed, outside needs updated (not owners fault) (condo itself was great!); cell service was not good (others on beach had same issue).

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The Riggings community is located right on the beach, so close it has permanent sand bags surrounding the building, so you can step out of your door and be on the sand in moments. This is the closest building to the water in the entire island. The location is perfect for beach lovers and anyone who wants to be close to the ocean.

Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom, a twin-size bunk bed located in the hallway, and a pull-out couch in the living area, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bunk bed comes with its own smart TV and Blu-ray player, providing entertainment for all guests.

We also provide a dedicated work space with a desk and chair, for those who may need to catch up on work or do some online learning during their stay.

Guests can enjoy the stunning ocean views from the private balcony. The condo is designed in a modern coastal and clean style, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Relax on the sand with our selection of 6 beach chairs, including a generously sized option for our larger guests.

Stay secure with our ring doorbell camera at the entrance, there are no other cameras inside or outside the property.

Inside the condo, you can hear the ocean waves crashing throughout the entire place. You can see pelicans flying right by the windows and watch dolphins swimming right from the balcony.

Our condo is in the perfect place to have your own slice or paradise. It's located perfectly between Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. So either way you walk or drive, there is an adventure to be found.
