Relax in this fabulous 2-bedroom , 2 bath condo overlooking the pool and ocean! This pleasant retreat features 2 queen beds, sofa pull out full bed and a loveseat pull out twin bed. Guests can enjoy a private gated walkway to the beach, memorable sunsets and a great view of the ocean. Parking is accommodating for 2 automobiles. Conveniently located to restaurants, Kure Beach pier and the boardwalk. Enjoy your time in Carolina Beach at our charming condo.
(We do provide kitchen dishcloths/ dishtowels, dish soap, dishes, pots/pans, Keurig, microwave, swifter wet jet, broom, and some cleaning supplies. You will need to bring linens, bath and beach towels/washcloths, beach chairs, toiletries, trash bags. The condo is equipped with a stack unit washer and dryer We hope you enjoy your stay at Carolina Beach!

The stay was very nice. Overall cleanliness needed work, there was barely any toilet paper or paper towels:, no dish cloth just a dish towel, not even any kind of soap in bathrooms too wash your hands.

The condo was very nice and,very close to pool and beach.The girls loved it.We liked the fact that we didn’t have to go far to find places to eat,Some that were in walking distance.We love Carolina Beach,this was our 3rd trip and I’m sure we will be back. My granddaughter got sick,so we left Sunday evening,instead of leaving Mon.morning.And oh yes my Pekinese loved it also!!

I needed a rental since work was being done in my home. The location of this rental was perfect. Erica was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. The condo was very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Highly recommended

Great Location but communication and cleaning need more

The property is in a great place. If you have a larger vehicle the parking is tight, but it is in the dry and manageable. Walking barefoot when we got there makes me think the cleaning was minimal when it came to the floors or anything dropped behind /in the furniture. It was noticeable since the furniture also converts to beds. Biggest issue was no having the code to get inside the rental. It was never sent before I left. On the way down I tried to contact the owner and left a message. When I got down there I did the same. At roughly 6:30 pm I was contacted by the owner and told they had just gotten into cell service. I was told that the email from VRBO was supposed to have the code. I checked and it didn't. She gave me the code and the problem was solved. I will say that the owner was nice and polite throughout.

We have a cleaning company that has 5 stars and cleans many condos daily . I have not had any issues with them from others . This is unacceptable to us and the cleaning company has been notified . We had emergency in Western NC reason for delay in returning calls for entry . Apparently the email we sent with instructions for entry never made it to this renter . We are now sending this info 2 weeks prior to arrival and checking email to make sure it was delivered to our renters .

It may be better now

Overall the host was a good host and “tried” to accommodate and fix the issues I had even though during our stay the changes couldn’t be made last minute. The place was overwhelming with pet odor but “looked” clean. You could tell pets were there. The furniture was dirty and outdated and both sofa and love seat were the extra beds being that they were pullout beds. The pullout beds were filthy. The children had to sleep in the beds with the adults best they could. There were only 2 rooms. The 2nd bedroom we couldn’t utilize the TV because there was no remote. The living room TV was an older model and only had 8 channels. We had to bring everything from blankets to sheets and toiletries or else rent them from the host. I suggested some things that maybe the cleaners could use to eliminate pet odor. She said she kind of depend on the cleaners to do their job and get the place ready for the next guest. She was not able to come out and check on the place and was looking after her father that was in the hospital which is understandable. Because of the issues during our stay the host told me that she would compensate (to what we agreed on) and I have not heard anything back. I did reach out one last time once the trip was over and was told she’d get back with me even though I understood she had some things going on I felt I did my part to reach out and didn’t want to seem as if I was harassing anyone. But I literally paid for a stay that wasn’t accommodating to what I paid for.
