Nous avons surnommé notre Condo "Chillaxing" en raison de la sensation de froid sur le pont avant, relaxant avec une boisson fraßche au bord de l'océan. Ce condo a été entiÚrement rénové qui comprend des quartiers spacieux et a assez de place pour 7 personnes. Chacune des 2 chambres ont été décorées avec le confort et la classe à l'esprit. Chaque chambre dispose d'une terrasse, avec le maßtre face à l'océan et le pont de chambre d'amis ayant une vue sur le canal. Le condo dispose d'une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre (Netflix inclus) et d'appareils électroménagers et de bois franc récemment mis à jour.

Non seulement vous serez face Ă  la plage, mais pour les moments oĂč son juste trop chaud pour ĂȘtre sur la plage, vous pourrez vous rafraĂźchir dans la piscine.

La promenade Carolina Beach est à seulement quelques minutes de marche encore assez loin pour que les seuls sons que vous entendez la nuit sont les vagues de l'océan.

Si vous aimez la musique, vous trouverez des restaurants / bars avec de la musique live Ă  quelques pas.

Pictures look great but overall the property is rundown and in need of repairs. The porch which was a big reason we choose this property was terrible. The furniture in the photos is not accurate, it was very old wicker pieces that the bottoms were sagging and about to fall out and the cushions were less than 1/4in thick. The lights were hung but only 4 bulbs worked. Overall not inviting or comfortable at all. And all the TV's had issues with the remotes missing in a bedroom, not connecting to the internet and the only way we could use them was to mirror image in the living room from a phone.

The kitchen was great . One of the bathroom needs some work in the ceiling. The rooms were clean. Internet was good. Beach view not the great and outside too many bugs

We had a great time staying in this condo. The kids room was perfect for our 3 kiddos. Easy quick access to the beach and the pool was great for cooling off. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with convenient access to the beach.

We realize this is a beach property however the following issues need to be addressed: 1. Mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Not sure if it was mold or mildew, but it was not a very good impression of the cleanliness of the property. Also, we did see spots of mold on some of the walls.2. Both bathrooms were not well cleaned, and the shower curtain in the master bathroom was too big for the shower and it was a tripping hazard and and we were wrestling with it all during the shower to get it out of the way.3. There were no complementary soaps are shampoos, or conditioners which have previously been furnished in each rental we have previously occupied. There was a washer and dryer, but no laundry soap or dryer sheets provided. There was one garbage bag in the garbage can which did not fit and only one additional garbage bag available.4. Each of the beds was very uncomfortable. Again I realize it’s a rental property, but we are 60 women and we are looking for comfort.5. Overall, the porch area was not what was pictured on the brochure. The seats were old and uncomfortable, and the padding was collapsed. Also, we were expecting a table with chairs out on the patio area per the picture we were looking at.Overall, this is not a place I would rent again and we were very disappointed as we have had very good luck in the past with VRBO rentals.

The overall stay was okay ish. Beautiful location and pool was great. Condo was not the cleanest place and does need some TLC like small things. I tried contacting the host of some stuff but never got an answer. I probably would not stay at property again mainly due the parking situation was not the best just some updates need to be done.

Tv in the master bedroom did not work at all. There was no Netflix account accessible on any of the TVs so there was no channels to watch. The Roku remote was dead. So absolutely no TV available in the whole condo. There was big roaches on the balcony and the furniture was worn out to say the least. The kitchen upgrade was nice but you need to invest in an air fryer for your guests to use. The parking situation was the biggest disappointment of it all, only one parking spot and that spot gets blocked leaving you to c ok intact that tenant to ask them to move their vehicle, what a joke people are on the beach usually without their devices on them so good luck with that. The location is close to the boardwalk so that was nice but also a little crowded. The bed in the master was lumpy like it was broken down in the middle, you kinda slide to the middle of the bed. The condo was clean just not well stocked at all. No condiments or even a few k pods would be nice. The plates were saucer size. There was no dish rack at all and the dish washer didn't clean the dishes very well. The check in was easy but the TV situation and the parking was frustrating.

Beautiful condo

This is our second time staying here and we were just as pleased this time! It is such a beautiful, clean, and cozy condo! We enjoyed the big out door space. The owners are so nice and easy to reach!!

Arrangements and communication with the host is thorough and simple. Well laid out and organized check in process. Everything is very clear. We were in C1 just above the cars and found that helpful with a nearly 4 yr old. Nice view of the pool and the skyline. It was easy enough to go up the stairs if we wanted to take beach/ wave pics. Loved the covered porch but the seats were a bit sagging. We just threw an extra pillow on the seat if we needed to. The lights were a very nice touch. It felt private enough and if the neighbor was out having coffee or relaxing a simple hello was good and everyone kind of kept to themselves but stayed cordial. Bedrooms were very clean and comfy. The front room facing the street had the large bed with bunk up top. Our grandson loved that. Queen bed facing the porch and ocean was spectacular. Clean bathrooms and enough toilet paper but we brought an extra 2 rolls which we dipped into for the last day. Just make a note about that for yourselves. Nice and roomy seating in living room and plenty of space at the dining table. Kitchen is small but has what you need to make it work. Only a challenge when someone was cooking and someone else wanted to go into the fridge. No big deal. Fabulous pots and pans which I now know I have to buy for myself. lol. Silent microwave which is fabulous but the light doesn’t work over the stove. Minor inconvenience since we didn’t want to always put on the overhead light in the kitchen. Easy code change. Luv’d it!

The property was well kept and is an older style beach condo with good updates. The beds were great and communication with the owner went well. The only problem we encountered was the TV's in the bedroom.

Nice place and great location

Great location and nice place. Right on the beach and walking distance from boardwalk. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean and had everything we could think of in the kitchen. We will certainly be staying there again.

Some missing parts

Lovely view, great distance from the beach, great location. Bathrooms could use an updating. The dowers were we ran out of toilet paper and had to share between two bathrooms. The rolls left were half gone and a half of a roll of papertowels. Also a mouse trap was left visible in the lazy Susan with a reese cup. Which was alarming. I appreciate that the owner allowed us to check In early. That was very kind. Our check out morning we went to the beach until 10:30 am and came back to quickly change and leave . Unfortunately the automatic key system locked us out a half hour early. It would not take my new code or the original code. My husband had to make friends with our neighbors to the left to climb over the balconies to ours to unlock the door so we could get our belongings.

Was supposed to have been a relaxing weekend

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned, the fire alarmed beeped the entire time we were there. We notified the owner he did send someone to clean, however did not do anything about the fire alarm. He stated that the fire department would have to come and reset it. No one came and the owner ignored our messages and phone calls. Would not recommend staying here.

Comfort and location

The condo was in a perfect location for pool, beach and restaurant access. Our bed was comfortable, the furniture clean and well maintained just like the listing showed. We brought our own beach gear but it was provided if people are looking for that. The large deck was great for our kids and the bedroom slept them comfortably.

Girls Weekend

Loved the property. My only complaint would be that if you stay during the busy season is the parking. You might have to move your car or ask someone to move theirs because 3 cars park in a slip.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Through our extensive search for a beach property we knew we HAD to have a few simple things: Beach front, canal views, pool, and a walk to the boardwalk. This condo checks all those boxes and so many more! It is close enough to the boardwalk that it only takes a 10 minute to walk, yet far enough away that the noise and lights do not disturb the sound of the waves.
