Relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk out the front door and after a short walk join up with the Core Trail that meanders along the Yampa River all the way downtown. On the Core Trail you can enjoy fishing, tubing, biking, the botanic gardens, restaurants, or just a leisurely walk or run along the Yampa. During the winter, enjoy amazing Champagne Powder while skiing/boarding at the Steamboat, Howelsen Hill or backcountry. A short, 10 minute, free bus ride gets to the base of the Steamboat.



The Space:

This 3-story home is perfectly situated on the most private corner lot in the neighborhood. The heated 2-car garage has convenient ski/winter gear storage areas as well as boot dryers for use before entering the home at the ground level. The entry has additional storage options, as well as a full bathroom with stand-up shower. The Bunk Room has a twin/full bunk bed and additional queen bed, additional storage and its own TV and entertainment center stocked with games and movies for the kids. Head upstairs to the main level where your open-concept kitchen, living and dining areas are, as well as two decks. Enjoy your coffee on the Back Deck, or grill up some treats on the propane grill. Relaxing on the Main Deck is easy with plenty of seating around the gas fire pit. You don't want to miss the sunset over from the hot tub, complete with Bluetooth capabilities and overlooking Emerald Mountain and the Yampa River Valley. The Living Room includes a gas fireplace, and the well-stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas range and microwave, as well as basic pantry goods free for your use. The main level also has a Bedroom with Queen Bed and separate full bathroom. Continue upstairs to find two master suites and the full-sized laundry room with washer and dryer. The Jr Suite has a King Bed, TV, walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom. The Main Master Suite has a California King Bed, TV, walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom including double vanities. The home is also equipped with radiant heat throughout the floors and an in-house vacuum system for your convenience.



Guest Access:

We'll send you a code for the front door on the morning of check-in. There is a Nest/Yale digital lock.



We have 4 reserved parking spots for you. 2 in the heated garage and 2 on the driveway. The neighborhood also has open guest spots available first come/first serve.



Other Things to Note:

This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of quiet hours. There is a decibel meter on the property that will send an alert if noise exceeds threshold levels during quiet hours.
