Easy access and not far from downtown lafayette. If you are looking for a weekend getaway look no further. There is a pet fee of $75.

We had a great stay! The place was nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of my favorite parts was enjoying my morning coffee on the back porch with a beautiful view of the pond. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Great spot!

This home is super clean. Feels new. We stayed one night to break up our drive from central Texas to Florida with our 5 kids. Easy location and property manager was on top of all communication. Will totally recommend to anyone passing thru or needing to stay in Lafayette for a few days!

Wedding trip

This was a great location for us. We were a group of 7 and this rental had the perfect amount of spaces for us. We enjoyed playing card games at the coffee table and had a nice egg and coffee breakfast in the kitchen. We were super grateful that the AC worked well and the location is really close to the airport. The host was also responsive and helpful! This was the perfect place for us to stay!

It was a very spacious, clean, well maintained house! The neighborhood felt safe and no noise could be heard at all. We were females and didn’t feel threatened at any time during our stay, even in the late evening on the patio. I will definitely stay here again when the need arises. Our host communicated within 10 minutes, if not sooner. Thank you!!!

Great House

The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We cooked a meal out on the grill, enjoyed some family game time and enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the house and amenities.

Just perfect

We needed a location close to family that would accommodate members of 3 families. This location had plenty of room for all of us and was literally 3 minutes from our Lafayette family! Clean and spacious with an open floor plan which allowed for great family time. Enjoyed using the gas grill!

Lovely home

We had 5 students and two teachers, so the bedroom space was perfect. The students were impressed with the home, neighborhood and quaint backyard. We will go again for activities at ULL.

A Home Away From Home

This property was perfect! My mom and Aunt absolutely loved it. Check-in was simple and great communication as well as easy checkout. Place was spacious and clean. I loved it had a den w tv by one of the bedrooms. New development neighborhood and beautiful backyard w small pond, you even hear frogs at night which was fun haha. The home looks even better in person! We will always rent here whenever we come to the area again.

The exterior of the home is brick and provided sound proofing from the neighbor across the street that had company til 2 AM out if their garage made into a man cave. The open architecture of the floor layout made it feel roomier. A TV in every room was convenient. The empty garage made parking the car out of the heat was convenient. A small outside decking beyond the roofed patio would be advisable so that guests who choose to use the grill don't melt the siding and vinyl roofing
