Beautiful property and very clean! Loved this condo. Super easy beach access, HOWEVER, be aware that the beach is private and you have to walk .25 mile to the West to be on the public beach. You cannot sit on the private beach. We had to buy chairs for our stay when we thought we could just rent chairs.

Great time, need to know about public beach distance

We had a great first time at this unit. The view of the beach was represented well and the condition of the unit was immaculate and tidy. Furniture was just right for the size of unit and the high table and higher chairs on the balcony were just right although some of the chairs have some rust on them that might weaken them (one leg bent a little while we were there). Very comfortable beds and nice-sized bathrooms. It's the third floor with no elevator so anyone with mobility issues might need to skip this. The beach areas right by the unit are private so you do need to go west down the beach a couple of football fields in length to get to the Eastern Lake public beach. It's a large beach area near a small lake so we did not have any problems with crowding at all. There is a no-charge shuttle that runs from the Beach Villas to Eastern Lake as well as Walton Dunes, another public beach area nearby. That shuttle REALLY helped out and we could typically call them and have a ride pick us up by the unit within two to five minutes and take us where we wanted to go within their boundaries. Drivers were always available from 9 AM to 4:30 PM all the days we were there. If this unit is available next year at the time we want to return to Seagrove Beach, we'll definitely consider renting it again, given it was a great experience.

Close to the beach, beautiful view and well decorated

The VIEW! You can see the beach from the master bedroom and the living room/ kitchen! This little condo was so close to the beach along with trolly service to an area of the beach where there is a lake and beach to play in. The pool was clean and nice. The condo was redecorated beautifully! Cozy beds, some beach toys included. I had trouble reaching the management when I couldn’t get the lock box to open with the keys in it. I just looked at the wrong code. Also the master bedroom door closed very loudly. Lovely condo. I’d choose it again.

I took my son and daughter to 30A for fall break and am so thankful to find such a perfect 3 bedroom condo close to the beach with beautiful views from the balcony. I would highly recommend this condo and cannot wait to come back!

Our group of girls loved the condo!

Spring Break

This place exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect. Short walk to the beach, short drive or golf cart ride to restaurants and Seaside. The furnishings are first class and it is obvious the condo is professionally decorated. The condo is small but not cramped. The balcony makes all the difference in the world. When we were there we spent most of the time on the balcony. Parking was easy with courtesy spaces available for extra vehicles. Our family travels quite often and we whole heartedly recommend staying here.

Awesome Views

The deck is where we spent all our waking hours when not on the beach. It really was well planned to have a high table and chairs to just enjoy the views with every meal or just sitting and catching up with guests, checking emails, social media or just reading a book. It was so comfortable hanging out after meals and all evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all the meals we enjoyed but the Nespresso milk frother was the winner! It was so nice to have a pantry closet to store all the food and snacks, my favorite feature. The condo was so clean and well appointed. My only complaint was missing a blanket for the comfy beds. It was way too warm with the comforter and not cozy and secure feeling with only a sheet. I wrestled all night to get comfortable. The shower in the master was amazing, I'm missing it now that I'm home. The complex was quiet for the most part and we enjoyed the pickle ball court and corn hole game too. We did experience poor internet and twice had to turn off modem and restart and we're not able to stream without a grainy picture or buffering but hopefully that is addressed and is working better. Our 2 weeks flew by but we loved our time in Serenity By The Sea and are grateful for such a beautiful and clean stay. Our guests loved it too.
