Welcome to Legacy 201, a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach-front condo in picturesque Seagrove Beach. The Legacy community is abundant with amenities, with two community pools, one of them beachfront.

It’s a bit difficult describing the gorgeous newly renovated interiors, and new furniture, without first acknowledging the incredible windows highlighting the Gulf! The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the open living area and kitchen, as well as the primary bedroom and the large balcony. Nice!

The primary suite, king, features an attached bathroom, while the additional bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate your group. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, one shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has four twin bunks and one twin trundle. The third bathroom is in the hall.

The Legacy is a gated community with private beach access that's just a short walk from the condo, which includes an elevator. You'll also be close to a convenience store, and 4-star dining, as well as casual eateries. You'll love Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's Pizzeria and Pasta, Mi Casita Mexican Grill, and Under The Sea Ice Cream. And Seaside? It’s just a short bike ride away!

Family Get Together

Great property and great location. It was nice for a small family reunion for the week. Beautiful view and the gulf is only steps away. Accommodated several senior citizens very well!

Family Beach Trip 2024

This was a great property! Plenty of room, beds were comfy, everything we needed to cook, and so convenient to the beach. Loved watching and listening to the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and beach

Friends needed a quiet vacation. Beautiful condo and view of the beach. We sat on the balcony a lot. Watched the ocean, saw dolphins, sunsets, conversations, played cards, and just relaxed. Condo had everything you needed. Seagrove is our favorite area on 30-A.

Spacious and comfortable beachfront property

Had a great stay and the weather was perfect. The condo and pool area were clean. The condo is spacious, particularly the master suite. Easy access to the beach and the 30A bike path. Contact La Dolce Vita for beach umbrellas and chairs. We still like 30A Bikes for bike rentals.

Perfect location - great space

This condo is in the perfect location on 30A. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The only slightly negative is there was not enough comfortable seating in the living area for all 8 of us when we were indoors.

Nice place!

Wonderful location and very easy walk to the beach especially with kids and lots of beach equipment! Private end condo was nice. Condo could use a little updating but was spacious and well equip. Pool needs a little repair but was nice after long day at beach.
