Our newly-renovated and romantic NYC loft-inspired basement suite offers over 1000 square feet of luxurious living space. With its high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and French doors, and cozy in-floor heating, you'll feel like you're in a real loft.

The high-end kitchen and bathroom add a touch of sophistication, and the 90s Simpsons arcade game provides hours of entertainment.

Great stay

Enjoyed the full floor lower level walkout with a patio area provided convenient direct access to the space. Nice large open concept to really feel at home. This was a perfect space for us visiting friends and work office in NW Edmonton.

Charming Experience with Stylish Touches

A lovely little overnight in a sea of nondescript options, we very much enjoyed our stay in a location that took stylish touches as seriously as cleanliness. Communication with the host was prompt & check-in was hassle-free. Five stars and will recommend to friends.

Very nice suite. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, bright and warm. This is a 5 star for me. I would rent this VRBO and recommend it, without any hesitation.

7 days in charming lower walkout

We enjoyed our stay in this sun-filled, well appointed basement walkout suite. The bedroom and living areas were nicely decorated and comfortable. Great sized bathroom with plenty of storage. Kitchen was functional with convection microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. Owners were very responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Will book again on our next visit to Edmonton.

They ran out of hot water when both had a shower.There was only a little bit of toilet paper. They ran out before their stay was over.It would be nice to have a full length mirror, a broom and a dish towel.All in all, they really enjoyed their stay!

Great rental for a romantic get away!

Loved living in this suite, my partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and this was perfect for us. Everything is exactly as it is in the images! Such a beautiful rental right from the glass doors go to the room, to the board games and NY style room! The suite is Pretty close to the mall and downtown and the neighbor hood was nice and quiet with our room window facing some trees which made it feel like we were out on nature. Our hosts were very accommodating and caring. They made sure we got in and that we are comfortable through out stay! Overall this was a great experience for us!

Wonderful space, very clean and quiet area

We enjoyed our stay very much!It was very clean, and nostalgic but new and comfortable! The bed was very comfy. You can let it the warm beautiful sunshine or have it very private and serene. It’s has a really cool nostalgic arcade Simpsons game that my husband and I enjoyed reliving our teenage year’s playing. We did not even hear much of the family living in the mail level. The private entrance and outdoor space was very nice and had a nice little smoking area for those that do. Overall I really liked this rental and would recommend it! It’s family friendly with lots of board games. The hosts were very friendly and even checked in to make sure our first night was pleasant. They were great with communication and responded to any questions in a very timely manner. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
