You're in the heart of La Quinta Country Club, which is perfectly situated across the street from the La Quinta Resort, a few minutes drive to Old Town La Quinta, and 10 minutes to the Empire Polo Grounds (home of Coachella) or El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of the Coachella Valley). If you don't have friends who are members at the club, you are a few minutes drive to world class golf at PGA West's Mountain, Dunes, Stadium, Nicklaus Tournament, and Palmer Silver Rock courses, among others.

There's no better place to relax after a round. Unlike some desert houses, which trade comfort for "mid-century modern vibes," this home balances a modern look with comfortable furniture and surroundings. Settle into the massage chair. Kick your feet back on the sectional's recliners.

A great setup for remote work. The house is outfitted with lightning fast fiber internet that permits up to 1GB speeds when you're plugged in, and 500MB if you're on Wi-Fi, for both uploads AND downloads. No lag for your video meetings. The house has a dedicated desk and printer in the office/third bedroom, but you can also set up shop at the bar or in the sitting area of the master bedroom if you'd like a mountain view.

There's no better place to watch a movie or the big game. With an 85" 4K TV, you will experience movie or game time in an entirely different way. Do it in the aforementioned comfy furniture.

Saddle up to a bar with a view. The bar - equipped with its own sink and refrigerator - is a fantastic place to grab a seat and take in the Santa Rosa's and triple fairway views.

Cook up a storm. The kitchen is properly equipped for your culinary aspirations. With two sinks and an industrial sized fridge, you can drive .

We're set up to handle kids. The ownership team recently had two young children, so the home is outfitted with a pack 'n' play, toys, and puzzles for kiddos.

Great bathrooms. All recently renovated. Amazing water pressure.

Value for money. We're located in the most fantastic location in the desert, just a walk from the world famous La Quinta Resort, where you'd pay about 2-3x the price for about 1/3 of the space nightly.

To be clear, our property isn't mid-century modern. Nor is it a 7000sf Desert Complex. Ours is a quaint 3-bedroom home in a lovely townhouse cul-de-sac community.

Enjoy the beautiful mountains in the near distance across our triple fairway views. Beyond the club gates, you're just minutes drive to charming Old Town La Quinta, or a 10-15 minute drive to the Indio Polo Grounds (home of Coachella) or to the swanky El Paseo shopping district in Palm Desert.

Most importantly, get a great value. To be fair, the place isn't cheap. Nothing is when it's 70 here and snowing everywhere else. But with our recent renovations, it's a fantastic deal for a primo base camp in the desert.
