Condo unit 301 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit! Plus, this unit is a corner unit, which features extra windows that provide lots of natural light throughout the entire unit.

Best beach for littles!

Loved the huge sandbar and rock-free beach for our little kids! The upstairs balcony was great too for enjoying the view.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. The staff in the office is so professional and friendly. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view is amazing!!!

Beautiful Lakefront Condo

This condo was exactly as described and photographed. Extremely clean with comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Easy check in with friendly office staff.

An outdoor gas leak took out part of the property, with grounds off limits, access to beach was less convenient

Great location and great stay

Stayed for 5 nights. The front desk employees at the north shore Inn were absolutely fantastic. We had 3 issues (dirty microwave) and tv speaker falling off wall as well as shower faucet broken. They had the cleaning and maintenance crew in our unit within 5 minutes of us calling and everything was as fixed immediately. Rest of the week was perfect. The unit could use a little updating and more comfortable furniture and maybe some paint otherwise it was very exactly as stated and we made many memories. We would definitely come back.
