Condo unit 301 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit! Plus, this unit is a corner unit, which features extra windows that provide lots of natural light throughout the entire unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: North Shore Inn is fantastic place to rent a condo. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 301 and had our Thanksgiving there. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need to cook with. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen. If I can say anything negative it would be the windows are very drafty and you hear a lot of road noise in the front bedroom. The electric fireplace was nice. I would highly recommend this unit and North shore inn
