Condo unit 309 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit! Plus, this unit is a corner unit, which features extra windows that provide lots of natural light throughout the entire unit.

Location of the property was wonderful. The front office was very helpful. The beach area and outside areas are great to watch sunsets. The condo itself needs some updating.

This was an excellent location with a very nice pool. The parking situation is not good if you have more than one vehicle.

What a great spot! There were so many views of the beach that was directly behind the property. I loved the two balconies and the retreat they provided. The decor was a little dated, but with the beach views, I didn't care. There were also several scattered spiders/ bugs inside, but that's probably to be expected being so close to the water. I had everything I needed and wanted. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you for the response. We have scheduled a company to come out and spray for spiders and that usually helps. Typically twice a year. They do like the water. WE are so glad you enjoyed your stay and will make note to the owners that you thought the unit was a bit dated. They do try to modernize when they can Jamie GM

Nice place for a quick getaway

We stayed here with our friends from Australia to show them lighthouses and do some wine tasting. This condo was a perfect location for all of that. We made breakfast there every morning and then headed out for our adventures for the day.

Repeat Guest Unit 309

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the resort for so many reasons. We rent a two bedroom and two bathroom so everyone gets a little bit of privacy. We love having a kitchen so that we can eat a couple meals at home while enjoying the beautiful beach and patio. The pool is an added bonus, especially if there is a lot of wind because the glass gives protection. The staff always go over and beyond in all that they do. Jamie, the general manager, always meets our needs and Shawnee was extra sweet with our family and that’s just to name a few. We think everyone is great! We are already booked for July 2027 and can’t wait for the fun!

Check in and communication were a breeze. Shawnee was a dream staff and made the experience not only smoothe, but so much fun. The condo itself was underwhelming in terms of size. There are mirrors on the walls which made it look much bigger than it was. The bedroom upstairs is very spacious, but the downstairs leaves much to be desired size wise. The pool is open 9-9 which was nice and it was clean. They dragged the beach on saturday which was great. There are beach chairs out on the beach that are able to be used so you don't have to bring your own unless it's really busy. The water is shallow for a good 100 yards out at least so it's a great place for kids to play and for you to float around. There is a walgreens right across the street which is convenient and you're only a short drive to downtown shopping and more touristy things.

Weekend get away

We stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute. It was exactly what we needed. Cozy, comfortable and quiet. Awesome veiws of the east bay and close to anything you need. We will definitely stay hear in the future. Thank you so much!
