Wonderful Cottage in the Hamptons!

Loved our stay here at this adorable little cottage on a quiet dead-end street only a few minute drive from some gorgeous beaches...Has everything you would want in a rental home, owner is very helpful and accommodating, would highly, highly recommend!

Great stay!

We had a great 10 days at this house, everything was great and had everything we needed. Amazing location and could walk to get coffee or dinner at nearby local places. The back yard was perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend escape

This cosy cottage was the perfect spot to spend a weekend away from the city. The house is spotless inside, and the fully fenced backyard with grill/pation was a definite bonus. Highly recommended!!

Great home for a Hampton's Get away

Everything you would need for a recharge vacation. Great back yard. Barbecue and fire pit made for entertaining. Well maintained Front and back yard. Beach access just down the road. Quiet street with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here from Memorial Day to Labor Day for the past 5 years so you know we love it. The landlord is wonderful, very responsive. Any little problem we've had he comes out immediately. He even came out to change a light bulb for us! It has a terrific large fenced in backyard which is the main reason we rented. It keeps the dog and grandkids fenced in! The location is perfect. One can walk or drive to a little local bay beach or drive over the bridge to the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. It's close to great restaurants and town, a terrific library where you can get books for .50 cents on Saturdays. There's a farmers market nearby, yard sales every weekend. A short drive to Riverhead - Tangers outlet, aquarium, Polish food! One can rent a bike in town or a kayak and take it to the bay. If you have little kids, the bay is a great place for them. The house has a great kitchen and the beds are comfortable. Oh and great seafood. If you want to grill there's a great seafood market nearby. On Wednesday evenings pack a picnic and take a short drive to Agawan park in Southampton for free concerts. I highly recommend this wonderful little house for a summer getaway. We loved just getting up in the morning and having breakfast on the back deck in our pjs. The grandkids, 4&7, loved playing in the backyard, sleeping in a bunk bed and playing in the bay.

Great Summer Home.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The owner, Kevin, is great. He's easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. The neighborhood is close to beaches, restaurants, a terrific bakery, supermarket, anything you need or want. There's even a good library and a neighborhood beach you can take your dog. The neighbors are all friendly. The best part for us was the big, completely fenced in backyard - great for animals, kids and those of us who just want to relax. The house, though small, has everything you need. The kitchen is big and fully equipped. We plan on coming back as often as we can.

Charming, quiet and everything you need to relax!

My mother came to visit and was eager to see the Hamptons, so we spent a night in this cute cottage. It was conveniently located to restaurants, bars and shopping and provided a perfect spot from which to explore the area. The house itself was wonderful - very clean and cutely decorated. Three of us had more than enough room and our dog adored the fenced in back yard. Kevin was extremely helpful and responded to all requests immediately. I would highly recommend this rental property and hope to find a time to go back myself!

The Most relaxing and enjoyable Getaway experience so far!!!!

I needed a stop in my busy days, so I look for a romantic and relaxing getaway close to NYC, and I found this marvelous jewel in middle of Hampton Bays. Kevin, the Landlord is so professional and he knows how to do his thing, the cottage has everything you could need, definitely you are not going to miss anything from your own home, everything is well thought, candles new but already lighten so you are not going to feel guilty if you use them, a great movie collection, an Ironcast fireplace to make your evening unforgetable, the Kitchen is amazing and ideal to spend the evening or having grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast with the family. The place is quiet and relaxing, you will only hear birds. The house is beautiful and cozy, I will definitely be back. Trust me, you will not find anything better that this for this price range, just go for it!!! you will not regret ;-)

Family

My family really enjoyed this cottage. It was very clean, well decorated, and in excellent condition. It had a nice backyard where the kids could run around and play, and was in a great location for taking walks.
