Welcome to The Hamptons House.
Newly renovated 3 bedroom home. Close to all amazing choices Hampton Bays has to offer. Only 2.5 miles to the award winning Ponquogue Beach and 1 mile to all shops, restaurants, bars, and markets. Short scenic drive to neighboring Southampton and Sag Harbor.

Fully furnished and professionally decorated in 2022. This home features hardwood flooring, 3 spacious, comfortable bedrooms with plenty of additional sleeping space for your guests.

Enter the state of the art kitchen with direct access to your secluded backyard with plenty of space featuring an in-ground saltwater pool, patio, deck, grill, fire pit or opt to spend the night in enjoying the ultimate entertainers home!

The Pool. Large in-ground saltwater pool with diving board, pool toys, basketball, floats, tubes and more. Relax on the poolside cushioned lounge chairs. Shallow end and stairs for the little ones. Fully illuminated with led lighting for evening enjoyment.

Privately fenced on a large, well manicured flat lot.
Dining area large table and chairs, Weber grill (propane tank included) and custom lighting for evening entertainment.

Laundry room, work desk, and additional storage spaces also located in the basement.

Kitchen. Luxurious waterfall countertops and new appliances. Fully stocked with all essentials for cooking and cleaning. You will find everything you need and more! Direct access to back deck, patio, and pool area.

Dining. Enjoy a formal dining setting.

Living room. Open concept, smart tv that features all streaming services, and fireplace. Comfortably furnished including a sleeper sofa. Fully equipped bar stocked with all tools needed to craft the perfect cocktail.

Sunroom. Relax in the corner nook furnished with an additional sleeper sofa.
Enjoy views of the backyard oasis or step outside to a private deck overlooking the pool area.

Master bedroom: King bed, smart tv, pool views, large closet space, dresser, nightstands, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet, night stands, pool views, and ceiling fan.

Lovely stay

We visited the house with friends and enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was great and we were in a prime location. The pool was great for the kids and the house is 6 min from the ocean beach!

Beautiful home in Hampton Bays!

This home was perfect for a little girls get away. We loved this updated home that was spotless and provided all the accommodations of a house and more. The home is also so close to everything you could possibly need. The beach, restaurants, ice cream, and the grocery store are all a few minutes away. Abe was quick to answer any questions I had as well.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The house was perfect size and the backyard was very private. It was just a short ride to the beach as well.There were plenty of restaurants and shopping just up the street. The host was very responsive we called about some debris at the bottom of the pool and wanted to know how the vacuum works within minutes someone showed up to clean it.

Lovely, well-appointed house in Hampton Bays

We had a lovely stay in this home for 5 days in May. We cooked dinners a few times in the house which had all the cooking accoutrements needed. We walked into Hampton Bays several times and down to the fish shop on the water too. It was pretty quiet except one night when there was an event nearby - they did stop the music by 10 though which was fine. We unfortunately did not use the pool as it was in the 50s and 60s during our stay. The game room was loads of fun and the big couch downstairs was the spot to watch TV. This is a great place for a vacation!

Awesome stay in Hampton Bays

This property was perfect for our party of 5 bachelorette weekend! The proximity to Ponquogue Beach couldn't have been better: a short drive and so thankful to have access to chairs and an umbrella from the house so that we didn't have to pack some ourselves. Grill was in great shape and we absolutely used it! A quick note: the sofa beds do not unfold, but rather provide additional comfy sleep areas. Communication with the host was excellent and we loved the local recommendations Abe offered! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

The Perfect Getaway

When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome package, which was very sweet! The home was very clean and the pool extremely refreshing. It was close to the beach and plenty of restaurants surround the home. We enjoyed the open space between the kitchen and living room, two bathrooms were a plus and laundry area. We would recommend this home. Family of 6:)

Great Experience!

The house is perfect just enough space and the basement was a huge hit! The backyard and pool is amazing definitely where we spent most of our time. The basketball hoop and diving board kept my family in the pool for 3 days, we never even made it to the beach. Great location as well so many nice places to eat and grab dessert. Abe does a good job responding within minutes to an messages. Overall a great experience had by all!

Our family and guests were all impressed with your sweet house. Fresh, new and quite comfortable! Brand new kitchen, appliances, dinnerware, towels, sheets and furniture! All the beds were so comfy. We had plenty of room inside and out. The house was clean and well-organized. The extra-large sofa in the basement with game tables was a wonderful bonus space. Of course we loved the pool, patio and spacious garden. There was plenty of sunshine in the yard as well with lovely shady trees for the afternoon. We had plenty of towels, pool toys and parking. Communication was quick and easy. 5 minutes to grocery and bagels. 5 mins to the ocean. Nice location and cute house! Thanks a bunch!

Great 4 July Getaway!

My two sisters and their families and I headed out to Long Island for a long 4 July weekend. We did not regret a moment! This house was awesome! We were 5 adults and 2 kids (5 and 8) and we had the best time. The home was true to the pics and description on the listing and had so many great extras. Plenty of towels (for the pool and for inside). Plenty of pool toys, games, cards, etc to keep everyone busy
. Bug spray, sunscreen, shampoo, body wash, even toothbrushes in case you forgot something
 It’s the small thoughtful touches that made this a 5 star place to stay. Everything was clean, easy to use and easy to find. Lots of safety features as well for the kiddos- open door and open gate “alarms” so we knew if a little one got to the back yard where the pool was. I highly recommend and would come back here again. My family and I have been renting vacation homes for a long time and this was one of our favorites!

Great 3rd summer in the area

Just as it says we had a wonderful third summer in the area. The past few years we've gone my husband and daughter with a couple friend of ours and their daughter...but this summer that wasn't possible. So our group was a little different it was just me, my 12-year-old daughter and my 11 yr old niece and my mom for the whole time and my husband came out for a bit as well. The 2 tweens never once uttered the word 'bored' and didn't even ask for the Wi-Fi password until late the first night if not the second day. Anyone with kids that age knows that is a huge win! The location is great and having a pool and the basement amenities were really just the icing on the cake. It would be nice to have another bathroom, as others have mentioned, but you know that going in and there is an outdoor shower and it worked out. The house was incredibly clean and new and very well stocked. We would totally go back!

Wonderful time in a wonderful home

The home was as described: clean, updated and attention to detail. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great neighborhood, I went for a run most days. The home was well stocked with kitchen accessories, soap/shampoo etc in the bathrooms, plenty of towels. The pool was clean and apparently is salt (Per the pool guy that stopped by to do weekly cleaning). There was basketballs and a pool hoop, diving board (kids and I loved that!). There was a grill with a nice outdoor table/chairs/umbrella. A nice sitting area overlooking the outdoor space as well. We had our coffee on the hot mornings in the sitting space just off the living room. I hate being hot and the AC was AWESOME! There are three bedrooms: a king size with a bureau, a queen size (admitedly pretty tight with no bureau) and the kids bunks/room were great! The only negative is that there is one bathroom and we had four adults and two kids. The bathroom was super clean with plenty of hot water etc but a suggestion would be to put a half bath in the basement next to the washer/dryer. :) The kids had the run of the basement, again I can't stress enough how clean it was. Other than getting beat by a nine year old at pool we had an awesome vacation!
