Terrific craftsman style house near the bay. Very clean, ample sheets & towels, and well stocked kitchen utensils & appliances.Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time.One note, bring an HDMI adapter for your phone to connect to the living room TV to watch your favorite apps.

This house was incredible. It was extremely clean and very welcoming. I felt like I was a family member staying over for a visit. We had a wonderful experience and we would recommend this house 100 times over!

This property and the area exceeded our expectations. The cottage appears to be recently updated or refinished. It was very clean and appropriately furnished. The air conditioning worked well on 90 degree days with high humidity. The street was private and quiet. The only down side
 the beds and bedding were not comfortable (could use an upgrade). The location is excellent as well. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home near the bay. The house was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — we especially loved the great outdoor shower. The surrounding area was great for biking, and we played pickleball at Red Creek Park just three miles away — eight courts and it was empty when we went at noon. Both the nearby ocean beach and Roger’s Beach in Westhampton were convenient and beautiful. The location is close to Quogue and Westhampton. Alison, the owner, was very responsive. We hope to return soon!

Wedding Weekend

A few friends and I had a wedding nearby. We opted to stay here rather than separate hotel rooms, and take advantage of the location. We loved the house and the proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely gem near the Hamptons

A perfect craftsman-style beach cottage with easy driving distance to Dune Road, beaches, and amenities nearby. Better than many beach cottages, the central air was vital during a substantial heat wave. Once the heat broke, the screened porch was a great way to relax after a full day at the beach. Booking was easy, communication very smooth. Lovely spot, we'll be back!

Wonderful house for families

We had a great stay at the house as a party of six, which included two young kids. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. Awesome screen porch for meals. Highly recommend getting a pizza from Scotto’s Pork Store—delicious! Alison was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Unmet expectations

When arriving at the property patio door was wide open. It appeared people had just left a children's birthday party. Decorations still up, trash and crumbs on the floor and countertops. Beds unmade. Urine still in toilets. Place was obviously not cleaned. Took over 2 hrs before we could actually use the house. The next morning the host texted me and informed me we’d have to check out a day early because they double booked the property and refused to move the other guest. So I spent a majority of my short vacation arguing with host and vrbo. Refunded us a night but refused to refund the cleaning fee.

Lovely home

This was a lovely home, a summer house redone by the owners in the Craftsman style. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the a/c was great and the screened-in porch was the best. We very much enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that the owner supplied no bars of soap; we had to run to the store for that. For the price of the rental, I would have expected soap, as a hotel would have provided.

Beautiful Home

We had a great weekend stay. The host was extremely easy to communicate with, the property was spotless and is a great location. If we are ever in the area again we will absolutely hope to stay here again.

Cozy and convenient.

We were 2 dads and 2 sons spending time in the Hamptons for the weekend fishing. The house is perfectly located a block away from the bay, a quick 10 minute drive to the ocean and Southampton. Anything you might need like Starbucks, bagel shops, grocery stores etc..right down the road. The house is very clean and roomy. Plenty of space to spread out. The owner sent us the perfect itinerary of anything we might need or want to do a few weeks before our trip. I would definitely recommend a stay if you are staying in the Hampton Bays area.

Nice house, quiet street

Short walk to a quiet bay beach, short drive to the ocean beach. Away from hustle and bustle, but, only 5 to 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants.

We spent summers growing up in Hampton Bays. In 1951 the original house was a one-room school house, trucked on a flatbed out to Hampton Bays. My grandfather built many of the cottages on this block. The area has a lot of family history. After many years, we decided to knock it down and rebuild, so many people could experience the area we love- in a brand new, comfortable, year-round house.

Mineola Court is a little slice on heaven out East. It's quiet, a place to rejuvenate, spent time with family or friends. The beauty of this house and location is that there are many wonderful things to do: wineries, dinner, boat rides. Yet, you easily have the option to stay in, cook and take a stroll down the block to the private beach!
