Chill in the shade of a spacious patio, let the sun soak in from a deck-side lounger, splash in the pool, or enjoy an evening glass of wine in the hot tub. All while taking in spectacular views of Mount San Jacinto.

Inside, stretch out on a comfortable leather sofa and love seat that ask you to put your feet up, exhale and remind you you're on vacation. Outside, a newly renovated sparkling fresh-water pool will cool the hot sunny days; and the hot tub will warm you on those chilly winter evenings.

Mountain View on Adobe is 6 minutes from everything Palm Springs has to offer; restaurants, shopping, and night-life.. It's a fantastic jumping point to enjoy the Palm Springs Tram, Modernism Week, the Film Festival and a 30 minute drive to Joshua Tree.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances, wine cooler, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and much more.

During the winter months (October 1st through May 1st) the pool temperature can be very chilly. If you would like the pool heated, there is a $65/night heating fee, billed 'separately' and is optional. The hot tub (set at 102 degrees) is always available at no additional fee.

Upon acceptance of your reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement with the management company – Fun In The Sun Home Management.

The City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

The City of Palm Springs requires that the responsible party or renter (the GUEST) be 25 years of age or older. The responsible party will need to provide a scanned copy of a government-issued ID at the time booking.

The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits (6). This includes all children and infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home (3 cars max).
