The house was absolutely AMAZING! It was very comfortable for two families to stay here. Our daughter got married at Pat’s Peak and this location was absolutely perfect! The fact that the house came stocked with treats and some basic food essentials was also greatly appreciated. The host, Anna, was incredible to communicate with and was very accommodating. We appreciate her sharing her beautiful house with us! We could not have asked for anything more, I really hope we can come back and stay again in the future!

Incredibly welcoming host, the house was comfortable and had every amenity imaginable for winter weather, families, activities and kitchen appliances. Small convenience items around the home were very welcoming and it was so clean, rustic and charming.

Weekend in Henniker

The house was just perfect. Many rooms for our family to gather, a great kitchen, and bed for 10. The house was clean, and the kitchen well stocked. Right next to Pats Peak, and great for hiking.

**5-Star VRBO Review**This home has been our home away from home for the last three years while our daughter attended NEC. It was the first home we stayed in and, fittingly, the last. We returned multiple times because the home was welcoming, comfortable, and consistently well cared for.The host was exceptional—always readily available for questions, thoughtful, and attentive to the details that made each stay feel special. We often arrived to breakfast amenities, and depending on the season, the host added personalized touches for our children.Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us and for being part of so many meaningful memories. We love this home and could not recommend it more highly.

Wonderful summer trip

Just spent a long weekend up at the house. First of all it’s a wonderful place to stay all together. So much charm and warmth of the old farm house you would want. It also came with the delights of central air and mini splits to keep it cool inside. The kitchen was perfect for our large group and the property owners left us a wonderful spread of fruits, coffee and treats to snack on. Overall we loved the property and would want to come back in the winter to ski the mountain next door.

Wonderful!

Our party of ten included three families and we all had the best time at the Farmhouse. It's such a beautiful property and the owner has evidently dedicated so much time and attention to the furnishings and practical supplies (everything you need for cooking, tons of towels) and special touches, such as some welcome groceries, a large selection of coffees and teas, etc. that make the stay. Our large and age-varied party had plenty of room to splinter off without feeling we were on top of each other; we couldn't even hear the kids. We skied and went tubing at Pat's Peak, which is a short walk from the house. A great stay!!

History meets snow heaven

What an incredible experience, be sure to check in at this slice of heaven. The host (Anna) is incredibly responsive and whether you have a question about local attractions or the house, she’s ready, willing and able to help! The house is better than the pictures. All appliances are new and the decor of the home is something out of a magazine. You walk through history in each room from pictures to books and the ambiance is exquisite. If you’re traveling with children, this house doesn’t disappoint. From a game room with poker and chess to a “super suite” (one of the bedrooms with a sitting area) the kids always had something to do. On those nights you’re ready to bundle up, there’s a fire pit and s’mores ready to make your nights that much sweeter. The host is more than accommodating with coffee, amenities and thoughtfulness. The final touch, you’re at the base of Pats peak and get the most incredible views. Don’t miss out, this was by far our favorite VRBO!

Our family of 9 adults stayed at the farmhouse for a wedding weekend in Weare NH. The house was great and very inviting and comfortable. We loved hanging out in the kitchen! The host Anna was great. We would love to reserve a long weekend in the winter and go skiing at Pats Peak.
