Great Home and Great Stay

My team and I we’re working on the IMG Academy down the street and this was a great property to stay at. It is close to IMG and also many other restaurants and stores. It is located in a quiet area that worked out perfectly for us. The host Maria was super communicative and kind. We will 100% stay again when we are in the area.

It was very pleasant and refreshing!

It was very accommodating! Loved the decor and all of the personal touches. It was very well stocked, they thought of everything anyone would need. The beds and bedding were amazing and so comfortable! You will enjoy it!

Convenient location for Family event

Dad was at the Tidewell Hospice House and this was the perfect location, minutes up the road. We had plenty of restaurants to choose from and quick drive to Holmes beach to catch the sunset which was a welcomed reprieve on a solemn day. Home was exceptionally clean and care instructions were clear and concise. Beds were very comfortable too.

Family wedding

Nice, clean place to stay for a family wedding. We wanted to stay in a quieter place rather than at a busy hotel for our niece's wedding. It was a 15 min drive which was perfect for us. We like sleep! lol

Awesome!

Beautiful, tastefully selected furnishings. Exceptionally clean. Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Large backyard with a nice patio area. The hosts were very easy to work with and very prompt with replies. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!

Maria was able to help me and my group out and get us in the same day! She was so flexible and understanding and responded very quickly. The home was very clean and tidy and felt like a true beach house. We were only 20 minutes from bradenton beach which was awesome. All around lovely host and lovely place to stay with family and friends!

The house was very nice and clean. There were a lot of supplies. Our family of six fit comfortably. There were even beach chairs and beach toys to use. The owner was easily reachable and responsive. We definitely would rent this house again.

Amazing time!

I celebrated my birthday with my friends and family and I could not have had a better celebration! The home was absolutely beautiful and had so many amazing amenities! The structure of the house was also amazing and allowed for the best game nights. Definitely recommend if you want to have an amazing stay with a beautiful beach theme! Thank you so much :)

A House With Everything!

Our stay was fantastic! This house was super clean and had absolutley everything we needed. It is newly renovated and very nicely furnished. If you accidentally forgot something this house had it. Ronda is great and very attentive. The location is very close to IMG Academy. And this home has plenty of room for everyone. Check it out!

Parents Weekend

Maria's place felt like home during my one week stay during parents weekend at IMG Academy. It was in close proximity to the airport and to the school. The home is bright, cheerful, cozy and has all the amenities we needed. My son enjoyed getting a break from dorm life and especially hanging out in the Lanai. A bottle of wine set out for our arrival was so welcoming after my really long day of cross country travel and missed connections! We will definitely be renting again when return.

Everything You Need!

This home was perfect for our brief trip to Bradenton. We arrived in the midst of Hurricane Debby so unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the outdoor spaces which looked lovely. However - we did thoroughly enjoy the indoor space which was great! The house was super clean and spacious. Very comfortable and decorated so well! The hosts had thought of everything and there were nice little touches in the bathroom and kitchen. The host's responses when we did need to communicate were immediate and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
