This new construction home is ready for you to vacation! We all know its all about LOCATION, well this home is located so close to downtown Bradenton, only 8 miles to Beautiful Gulf Coast Crystal Sand Beaches, 4 miles to GT Bray Community Pool and Pickleball Center, under 1 mile to Shopping, Entertainment, Arts & Museums and restaurants to please any palate. We are also surrounded by great golf clubs in the Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa area.
Beautifully done 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open floor with lots of natural light, high ceilings and tile throughout the entire home welcomes you in! The kitchen is open and friendly with granite countertop and rich warm brown tone cabinets with plenty of storage and stainless steel appliances makes the kitchen warm and bright. Really nice size master with walk in closet and private bath, plus 2 guest rooms both good sizes as well!
The granite countertops and those rich warm brown tone cabinets are carried into the baths. You also will have a laundry room with a washer & dryer. The two car attached garage also offers extra storage space. Here is a video of the house. https://youtu.be/Kp735ahERzM
Please note: Pets under 30 lbs are allowed after review with the owner, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Non stick fry pan needs to be replaced. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. However the mattresses were very comfortable. There was a hamper in the garage filled with dirty towels etc. I wouldn't describe the property as a luxury house. The blinds were a mess. It took us 4 days to figure out how to use them. Leave instructions for them!

The rental was very clean and well equipped. There were plenty of hangars in the closet and hooks in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was comfortable (so were the beds). Good location, short drive into downtown Bradenton.

We loved our stay here. The hosts provided everything we could possibly need - beach towels and chairs, a small soft cooler bag, spices, pots and pans, detergent, etc. Everything was clean, and they were helpful and quick to answer when we needed assistance. We loved having two bathrooms with showers for our large family, as well as separate rooms for sleeping. Fun beach town. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Convenient & Comfy

This home, plus the twin next door, housed our extended family, all in town for a wedding. So convenient for us to be staying so close to each other. Recommend renting both for larger family gatherings! House was tidy and beds were VERY comfy! Recommend fixing the situation where shrub sprinklers flood the front stoop every morning
had to sweep the water away. Very close to downtown restaurants and Riverwalk!

Great updated house

This house has a master bedroom with its own bathroom and two guest rooms with a shared bathroom. It was great for 3 people or 3 pairs of people. The couch is even big enough if someone needs to use it to sleep. Kitchen and living area is very spacious along with an awesome kitchen table with plenty of room. The owner communicated perfectly when we needed something and that’s all really what you can ask for. We will definitely rebook for this time next year!!! Thank you

Wedding Weekend

The home was very comfortable and clean. It was my sons wedding weekend and the location was very convenient to the church and reception venue. Shopping and restaurants were also very easy to get to. Only small item was the sink in the master bath. The spigot needs to be replaced.

Very pleased.

First time using VRBO and we couldn’t be more pleased. The home had what we needed to begin our 10 day stay as we waited to move into our new home. What was also great was when we had any questions, the owners immediately responded, they are wonderful hosts. Home is in walking distance to River walk, very good restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay her again
