Amazing stay for my bestie and I!

Stayed in Daytona for many events over the years and was happy we opted for the port orange location this year. Quiet but still close to everything! Amazing property. Owner was great! Will stay here again

Lovely and Quiet

Very cute little property a quiet neighborhood but within easy driving distance of beach and shipping. Loved the little porch area and week stocked kitchen.

Relaxing Time

Tom was a gracious host with a beautiful home. Located in a quite neighborhood with plenty to do within driving distance. Perfect spot for the quick weekend get away.

Clean and comfortable

Great little gem. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Recent updates, a good place to catch some sleep. Nice area, house is close to everything but far enough from the busy streets. Would stay again when in the area.

Port Orange Getaway

The property was nice and cozy, enough room for myself and my little family of 4. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. They even put sodas and waters in the fridge for our stay. We enjoyed ourselves and the children did as well. I highly recommend and will be returning!

Very good overall. Didn't realize that one bath was off the patio/carport, not connected to the main house. Toilet did not work in that bath. Overall very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighorhood. Would stay again.

Fantastic home

We stayed in Tom’s gorgeous vacation rental after moving our son out of his home and before moving him in the next day. Tom went above and beyond for our family!! His home is sooooo comfortable (the beds, the most comfy sofa I’ve ever sat on, the dining chairs, etc) A lot of vacation rentals forget their customers need to relax! It’s decorated so beautifully-no room was overlooked. It’s very close to everything but very quiet and private. The oak trees make it a true sanctuary. Stay here-you won’t regret it!

Orange beach

Eveeything was mire than accommodating for me, my wife, and child. There was even some drinks in the fridge for us when we got there. Several cleaning supplies as well, which we appreciate because we clean after we do anything. Most important part to me, was the host, the reason we came into town was because we had a death in the family, so it was booked on a very short notice and it was approved. I only booked if for a few days because we didnt know how long we would need ti stay, i needed a few extra nights added after the fact, and they were mire than willing to allow us to do that. It turly meant the world to us being able to get a place on such a short notice, and the flexibility of being allowed to add on a couple mire nights after the fact.

Clean, New/Remodel, As Advertised, but..

1. Loud Neighbor 430 am (working) & next morning 4am incredibly motorcycle leaving to return at 6am, 2. For the price, I could have rented a condo with a view. 3. No washer and dryer.
