Maison de plage mise Ă  jour et rĂ©novĂ©e situĂ©e Ă  quelques minutes de Daytona Beach, Ă  3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de l'ocĂ©an et Ă  quelques pas de la marina Seven Seas sur la voie navigable inter-cĂŽtiĂšre. PĂȘcheur, amateurs de plage, escapade de printemps pour adultes ou motards pour un prix raisonnable. 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain + douche de plage supplĂ©mentaire. Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, climatisation centrale, tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite, matelas pneumatique et canapĂ©-lit.
Une nouvelle terrasse est en service et dispose d'un nouveau gril Ă  gaz Weber.
La cour est maintenant entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e pour protĂ©ger ceux que vous aimez et assurer l'intimitĂ© de la cour arriĂšre. La maison fait plus de 900 pieds carrĂ©s - 6 couchages. Les animaux domestiques pesant jusqu'Ă  30 lb sont autorisĂ©s. Doit ĂȘtre ĂągĂ© de 25 ans ou plus pour louer.

Race weekend

The home was neat and tidy. We were close to good food and the beautiful beach. The only downfall to the whole trip was rain during the races. Will stay again when in the area.

Home is exactly as described. Great location, we walked about 3 blocks to the beach daily. Check in and check out was super easy. Owner is very responsive. Home is very comfy!!! Would definitely stay again!!!!

Home Away From Home

The house is very clean and cozy! The location is fantastic and the owners have provided almost everything you could need for a day at the beach. They are quick to respond to messages/answer questions/resolve any issues you might have. Great place! This is our new home away from home in Florida.

nice house, clean and good location

We loved the house, was nice to have a driveway, garage and everything we needed for a nice week. The house was super clean. One of the cleanest rental properties I've ever stayed at. Would definitely stay again. (Only tip I'd give is that the house isn't yellow, it's a greenish color so when you arrive don't look for a yellow house like in the pictures or you'll drive past a few times like we did.)

Great house

Had one very small issue upon arrival, only reason I mentioned it was because of how quickly owner resolved it via email then followed up with phone call. Great sunsets just a very short walk from house. We stay in Daytona Beach Shores several times a year, this property will always be my first choice when available.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

I stayed for 7 weeks and loved it! Very clean and comfortable. Not luxury, but I wasn't looking for that. I wanted a place that felt like a home. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. Well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for me. Easy walk to beach and dog park. Loved the deck and fenced yard. I'm planning on going back next year and staying even longer!

Great place! Just bring your personal belongings!

We had a great time at SeaTreat. The place is fabulous. There were just tge 2 adults and pur dog. Every creature comfort we have at home (and more) was available for us to use. It was an easy walk to the beach for some fun with momma nature! We especially lived parking our car in the garage. It sure gets hot in the car when out in that sun! Dont hesitate to book this place. You wont be sorry!

Peaceful area, charming home!

The house was very clean, with everything you need for cooking and more, including bikes to ride and all the beach equipment you need. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely with a good strong shower. The only thing I missed was a dishwasher since we did a lot of cooking. Also, part of the fence was down in the back yard. I believe it was due to the last hurricane. I’m sure it will be fixed soon. I would consider this place again. There were great restaurants all nearby.

bad time

the air condition did not work in both bedrooms it was so hot.had to sleep in livingroom floor .i am 68 years old i can not sleep on floor.so we life thursday morring.really bad.could not get hold anyone.

In need of many small repairs

Tv had no local channel option, all streaming. The gas grill started a grease fire and burned our supper. It hadn’t been cleaned out in a long time. The shower shelves for soap etc, are almost falling off the walls. Guest bedroom comforter needs to be replaced and mattress. Storm door has to be pulled to shut, bedroom door sticks. All little things that won’t take much to fix.

Vacation Stay

I found the property very well situated for my needs. The house was clean and met all my needs. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and I found the bed quite comfortable. If I’m every in that area again I will definitely check out the availability.

Prime beach location!

This was a great two bedroom home located 3 blocks from public access to the beach! Home was well equipped and very clean at check in. My wife and I vacationed here for a week in December and enjoyed all the sights. A great little cafe is located a block from the house and we started our day with breakfast each morning. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries.

We are now retired and love to stay at this beach house when we can. We love to get to know people from other countries and other parts of the USA.
We are involved with our church in Ocala, however, so we are usually there during the week days.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is clean, in a great part of the Daytona Beach area and is only 3 blocks walk to the South Daytona Beach.
We bought this property to be closer to my mother when she was diagnosed with alzheimers disease. She has since passed and my dad is still living in a nearby area and is still , driving, and dancing at the age of 92!
Yes we like the beach and we both boogie board at the age of 60 +

This is owner operated and we respond quickly to any issues. I am just a quick phone call away.
The deck out behind the house was built a few years back and is where we spend a large part of the time. The Weber grill works all the time and is used a lot by all.
We have plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes etcetera to make your stay more enjoyable.
