Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, you will find everything you need to unwind, recharge, and explore the Bay Area. Enjoy 3 upstairs bedrooms with plush king beds & 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs provides a well-stocked kitchen and open living area—great for relaxing or gathering after a day out exploring. Centrally located with easy access to major Metropolitan areas: San Francisco (28min); Oakland (20min); San Jose (50min); and Sacramento (60min).

We are accessible via the app should you have any questions.

Family oriented neighborhood.


The garage, first floor closet, and outdoor gazebo are locked for Host storage.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen; some spices, air fryer, drip coffee maker, Keurig (with options), dishware, cookware, and flatware.
INDOOR LIVING: Multiple TVs with Fire TV access, Reclining Sofas, and Dining Table
BEDROOM 1: King-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV with soundbar, and ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combination).
BEDROOM 2: King-sized bed, TV, and closet. Shares the hallway bathroom (shower/tub combination) with bedroom 3.
BEDROOM 3: King-sized bed, TV, and closet. Shares the hallway bathroom with bedroom 2.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced in yard.

PARKING: On-site driveway parking for vehicle (no garage access). Parking is congested - street parking is first come, first serve.

The home met our needs for space. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the refrigerator with its built in water. The range burners were unsafe to use. The coffee maker wasn’t functioning. We used the Keurig for the duration, which would not have been our first choice. The windows seemed as if they weren’t sealed fully, as the wind whistled loudly through them. The neighborhood was packed with extra cars everywhere. On Christmas Eve fireworks were going off for hours, until Christmas Day began. Overall, the home met our needs for space and some food preparation.

Great value for the money! Home is clean and spacious. Comfortable furniture. Location is wonderful for going between San Francisco and Marin County
Muir Woods and scenic 101 drive.Host is very responsive to any questions. I recommend staying for an affordable, comfortable home in the Bay Area.

This property was more than amazing! Very clean and the accommodations were more than a family can ask for! They were very prompt in responding. The area was amazing for our stay! My family and I plan on staying again next summer.

J Smith was a very fast responder, and even accommodated us with early check-in and a late check-out! The house was super nice, and we would definitely stay there again.

The good, the bad, and the ugly!

Owners are responsive, property is spacious, and well equipped (roaches included, which owner will try to pin on guests and charge at an extra cost). Additionally, flooring, furnishings such as the couch, and fridge are severely deteriorated. There is also quite some distance from the home to San Francisco when you take traffic into account. Keep in mind that you have to pay a toll each time you cross the bridge. Therefore, most of our time was spent outside the house, exploring the Bay Area. Specially, since the neighborhood was somewhat sketchy. Luckily, parking is provided for one car along with extensive surveillance. As privacy is not guaranteed: there is full media coverage inside and outside the home of both floors. Will we return? Not likely! But see for yourself, if you dare.
