NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required, along with rental agreement, and government issued ID verification. Up to 8 guests maximum, per city permit. Street parking is not allowed for Short-Term-Rental guests per city ordinance, 2 off-street parking spots are provided, driveway is 22ft long, oversized vehicles are prohibited. Max 2 pets, must be approved in advance along with signed pet agreement. Maximum two pets allowed and must be disclosed and approved in advance.

NOTE: There are some 18+ transit agencies in the Bay Area. Each has its own ticketing and fare systems. If you plan to use ANY public transportation please let me know so I can provide you with re-fillable Clipper Cards so you can avoid buying multi-tickets and also will give you a discount on fares and ticketing for all transit agencies automatically.
